Easy to use, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really easy to use, straightforward and very practical. You can see and check everything you need to quickly.

One of the things Playroll can add its the dark theme

Simple and Gets the Job Done
Playroll is a great tool for handling payroll, leave, expenses, and HR docs. It’s easy to use, with a clean layout that doesn’t overcomplicate things. I like that everything I need—payslips, time-off requests, expense claims, and personal details—is in one place without unnecessary clutter.
What Works Well:
Payslips – Easy to access and download when needed.
Leave Requests – Simple to submit and track, even on the go.
Expenses – Uploading receipts and checking status is quick.
Documents – No digging through emails; everything’s stored there.
Profile Updates – I could fill in my details without hassle, even while on vacation.

Nothing deal-breaking so far. I was able to use it with a little help.

I was using Playroll during the onboarding process and this is the main platform for reporting expenses, leaves and handle/check payslips and benefits benefits.

Whenever I face an issue, it gets resolved promptly.

We experienced some minor issues when the local employer changed in Turkey

As my current employer has no operations in Turkey, Playroll helps ensure that I receive my salary in line with local laws and the Turkish social security system

What do you like best about the product?
Playroll makes it incredibly easy to hire and manage remote employees around the world. The onboarding process is smooth, the platform is intuitive, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. I especially appreciate the transparency around compliance and local labor laws — it gives us peace of mind when expanding into new markets. Playroll feels less like a vendor and more like a trusted partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, our experience has been largely positive. If I had to mention something, it would be that the platform could offer more detailed analytics or reporting features for payroll and contract tracking. It’s not a blocker, but having deeper insights would help us plan better as our remote team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll takes the complexity out of global hiring. Instead of setting up local entities or navigating unfamiliar labor laws, we’re able to legally hire employees in multiple countries with just a few clicks. This has significantly reduced our time-to-hire and allowed us to focus on finding the best talent, no matter where they are. It’s been a game-changer for building a truly global team.

Before signing the contract, I understood that it took Playroll a long time to send the contract and to fully understand the required conditions in the country where I live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am employed by a company located in a country where I do not live, so they transfer my salary through Playroll.

Processing salaries seemlesly, conversion of EUR to INR is costly but through Playroll they are processing quickly
