Their platform is very user friendly, simple and intuitive.

Playroll solves the messy side of working for a company based in another country — things like getting paid on time, in your local currency, with all the right taxes, benefits, and compliance taken care of.

The platform is user-friendly, with a clean interface that simplifies complex processes. I also appreciate the responsive customer support team, who are quick to provide guidance whenever needed. Their attention to detail and willingness to explain compliance requirements make the experience smooth and reassuring.

onboarding process can feel a bit overwhelming for first-time users due to the amount of documentation required, although the support team helps ease this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll helps simplify the challenge of hiring and managing employees across multiple countries while staying compliant with local labor laws. It removes the complexity of setting up entities in each region and ensures that payroll, tax, and benefits are handled correctly. This has saved us significant time, reduced risks, and allowed us to focus on scaling the business without worrying about compliance issues.

None. So far, I haven’t encountered any issues. Everything has been smooth and straightforward

This has saved me time, reduced stress, and allowed me to focus fully on my role. The communication and the clarity of the informations provided are great. Justin has been very thorough and a fantastic listening ear, he understood my questions and provided the right answers. Great job!

Being hired in my home country when my company is based somewhere else in Europe.
A little frustrating, however I believe in Playroll Team's willingness to ease it, Thx Justin &Thabo

I appreciate the approach and attitude of the relevant contact people in Playroll's Team

There had been one technical error related to my payment, and the communication through email is quite slow and frustrating to be frank.

Beyond the support with payroll processing for my company, I haven’t observed any additional direct benefits for myself.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was quiet easy , registering on their portal is very friendly . I admire their customer care , there is someone to help you wherever you need support or clarification , i like their timely delivery of services
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, so far i do not have a dislike yet , maybe the fact that they have to wait until the very last day of the month to share my pay slip ,i would prefer receiving it earlier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll has helped me start paying taxes in my own country , previously i was paying taxes to a foreign country which was not benefiting me at all, but through Playroll remote management, i get to contribute to my country's development through my taxes
Employee contracting and onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Very smooth workflow for onboarding and contract administration. Seamless and very quick turnarounds from the specialists. Also there are helpful tutorials on the site.

Nothing to mention. Maybe it will be still evolving in terms of featurea.

I have signed a contract with a multinational company. Playroll think globally and acts locally by the rules os law.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was hired by a company that had just started expanding into my country but hadn’t established a local office or entity yet. Playroll stepped in as the Employer of Record (EOR).
Smooth onboarding, proactive Employee Success Manager, pleasure to be employed by Playroll
What do you like best about the product?
The company is organised, they handle everything for you, proactive, friendly, queries are attended to in no time
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. My experience has been fantastic. In fact I have already referred someone to Playroll, just not certain their employer has taken on the offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll is providing the role of intermediary to the overseas company I consult to, owing to their multinational presence, as well as deducting and paying tax, national insurance and pension on my behalf, in addition to paying me in my required currency.
It's very easy portal to use

It gives you access to see how many hours have you worked , how much are the tax and payments they why usually don't pay attention .

Until now I don't have any dislikes .It's a good solution on remote working

I don't have to write to someone to ask for leave , I can just put the date there
showing 61 - 70
