Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise helped us to improve the time to market and the quality of our translations massively. No more waiting for translations and eternally long text reviews. In addition, the tool is so easy to use that anyone can use it efficiently within a very short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The no. of MAUs included in the plans is too low for our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great tool for international app
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the UX of the Lokalise - you don't even need to explain how does it work for a new person, everything is understandable from the first second you open it :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like their plans could be a little bit more flexible. We needed to buy a plan that got a plenty of features that we don't really use, just because our app has a lot of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot with our work with translations. Previously it was a nightmare - all those excel's, and now it's just simple and user friendly :)
A very complete tool to scale you internationalization !
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is super easy to use. There are plenty of automatisation (API, Slack integration...) that allow you to integrate translation in your CI pipelines. Support team is very helping and reactive
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Maybe the fact that when I exceeded the keys quota, my account was blocked with no grace period, but it only happened once.

The process of translation is simplified and transparent for developers.
A Great Solution for Translating your Website
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love about Lokalise.
-That they integrate with Github for our projects is really convenient
-Adding new languages is a simple process

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to add temporary seats on an annual plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently translating our whole website, but Lokalise makes the translation process quick and easy. This platform makes it easy to add a new language, which is important with our expanding client base.
Saves us SO much developer time!
What do you like best about the product?
I can just log in to make content changes in my app. No more running changes in multiple languages through the development team for grammar, spelling, or translation errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike. I look forward to additional functionality that's already in the pipeline like integrated Wordpress etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the first iteration of our app, we hadn't localized our translations - everything was hardcoded, don't ask. In the second iteration, we localized with text fields in our repo, which was better, but not friendly for our content people. Learning from those mistakes, we looked into the most feature-rich, reasonably priced translation management system.
We found it with Lokalise: Now my writers can log in, add content, work collaboratively with translators, then collaborate with developers to get new keys added right in the app. If a change needs to be made, they log back in, make the changes and it's all updated in real-time in the app. No waiting for next release or risking breaking something else while pushing code from the repo.
Add the fact that any change made is notified through slack so the whole team can see what's going on, and I'm in heaven.
There are other benefits (like being able to show screenshots of content for context to translators), but those are the big ones in my book. And the engineering, product, and customer solutions teams are SUPER responsive. The pipeline is transparent and they keep customers involved and up to date on progress and speed bumps. I couldn't be happier.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The documentation is pretty good and the staff has been super responsive from my experience. You should be able to get over hurdles pretty quickly if you use the resources available to you. What do you like best about the product?
These are some of the things we love about Lokalise:
- The project set up is not complicated and it is also easy to add new languages
- Offers a wide range of integration options. We loved the convenience of integrating with Github for our project.
- In our package, there's translation memory, error checks, snapshots, audit logs and an option to add screenshots that offers the translators a perspective of how the content will look on screen. We find it very helpful.
- Easy to define tasks, user roles and create focused groups for working on various aspects of the project on Lokalise. This helps with keeping the work organized and sending email notifications when a task is ready for translation.
- Customer support is very responsive, friendly and eager to help.

- There's a chat option that allows people to leave a comment/chat on a particular key. And this feature might already exist and I might be missing something, but the chats appear as one long list.
If there's several comments left in the chat and you want to respond to some specific comment, it appears at the end of the list as one more chat. It'd be helpful to have a way to respond to a specific comment right under it so that the conversation is easier to follow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on a project (mobile app- Android, iOS) with a large community of translators spread across various countries. Lokalise offers a very clean UI and user experience that is easy to understand for everyone across all of these regions that we have worked with.
We are currently at a stage where there are regular content updates and hence, regular translation changes and integration into our project.
It has been great working with Lokalise. The translation process and integration are both faster and smoother and our pace has definitely improved since we started using Lokalise.

Lokalise has saved us a lot of time and money as we have expanded our products globally

Efficient management of all translation requirements. Introduce as many people as required to manage everything safely and securely in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features we need are only on the top tier plan but we don't need all the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the localization of our products so that we can expand globally. Managing this without lokalise would require a lot of manual work on spreadsheets and become a non-scalable bottleneck for our global expansion
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. I would not attempt to manage localization projects without lokalise.

How easily the tool Integration and usability. also, the support they provide is very good and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I dislike about the tool other than the QA issue does not show what is the real issue so I can fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing a full update or a hotfix to change a word that has been misspelled.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It depends on how many users you have and how many values or strings you have too if the app is small which means does not have that many strings and has over 1 user you shouldn't while of you have an app which has many strings is very very useful for the team to change and improve without updating the app.
Super service, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I only supervised the project on Lokalise but from my non technical background I can confirm the great UX and the ease of use of the platform. My team, composed of a mix of tech savvy and non, did not find any challenge in adopting the software and found the application effective and very intuitive. We translated a considerable amount of keys in a brief timeline but most of all with very low supervision needed or contribution from the Dev team.
Customer service was also top notch ready to answer any questions and quick to provide insights on how to work more efficiently on the platform

- Translated more than 5k keys in a short window with very low support from the Dev team
-Analytics helped to steer the weekly catch up and maintain the project running smoothly
