Great deal of help.
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise provides a very convenient control panel for operating all the text strings in our product. Having a series of multi-lingual products can create a lot of headaches. Lokalise makes life so much easier providing access to native speakers and conveniently structuring each text string.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Paypal payment option available in the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating texts without the necessity to resubmit the app.

Useful and user friendly, great Assistance service, overall highly valuable tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use is and when not so easy or clear, still I get all the help I need to solve my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it should be possible to give more "power" to one admin over the other admins of the same project. And I would implement a live chat among single projects' editors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to manage a team of 23 editors very smoothly, with easy access to single languages status updates and progress, that means that I know exactly how far I am with my work and I can schedule new projects or tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To never underestimate the power of sharing doubts, because the solution might be right in front of you or in one of Lokalise's people hands.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all the features are incredible. The contact with Lokalise team is always a great experience. I get instant help each time I have a doubt about a feature. And all my feature requests are answered either with a workaround or an answer about when it could be available. I'd definitely recommend, Lokalise is a must have for seamless localisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor friction with some features but I'm confident my feedbacks will be considered in future updates. For now what I dislike most is not to have implemented Lokalise earlier! It's far better than any other tool on the market. We implemented it for iOS and Android applications, can't wait to apply it to web and webservices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise helps me improve our content validation and translation upfront in the design process. We'll gain extra time to deliver better quality on our other tasks. We dropped spreadsheets and are excited about translation again!

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to work with multiple languages and see which strings are not translated yet.
We use built-in translation services a lot - it helps and makes our release process much faster. Translations quality is also good.
It is easy to build a bundle, and integration with GitHub works without a problem. So far we have not experienced any bugs or downtime of the service - it is super stable and we use over the air SDK all the time.
Support and Account Managers are super friendly and nice - we receive a lot of help and guidance from them.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI is quite cumbersome and you have to get used to it. Navigation, search, and string management is not that straightforward. We also miss links to specific strings if we want someone else to check a specific one. Project chat is quite hard to navigate, so we discuss all translations in Slack.

We translate our main mobile app on iOS and Android, and we use over the air SDKs to manage translations without building and submitting new app version.

What do you like best about the product?
- It learns. It learns your language, it learns your needs, and it keeps getting better.
- It's reduced the number of tools I use to get a translation done from 3 (Slack, Asana, Excel) to 1 (Lokalise). The plugins mean that from early idea brainstorming right through to implementation in development, hundreds of thousands of translations, whether they're bitty or massive, get done with very little fuss.
- You can build templates and user groups within it that streamline processes and save huge amounts of time
- The integrations with Figma, Zendesk and the like are hugely time saving
- The Customer Support team might just be the most helpful support I've ever encountered. They're fast, always on, genuinely supportive and have got great giphy game

It's the best localisation platform I've encountered. Plus they're kind, smart, and real learners. So it feels like a good partnership, too.
Great tool to manage copy and translations for non developers
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super easy to use and understand. Without needing to read lengthy documentation you can find exactly what you need in the place you'd most likely expect to find it.
Splitting keys by projects is super helpful, we migrated from internal tooling which treated a key as a key which is fine when managing a few thousand keys but once you add 30,000+ keys the ability to have frontend keys seperate from SEO, seperate from backend API makes life significantly easier.
They also make it simple to export and import keys by project which is extremely useful when working with 3rd party translators who use their own back of house systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance isn't ideal in safari, works best in chrome. You need to always keep an eye on keys under your billing tier, once exceeded the S3 integration stops working which can be a point of failure for systems with automatic deployments.

Its a very user friendly way to manage keys in across multiple languages which anyone can do without too much specific training.

Ensure you look closely at the number of keys and users you need as it will determine how affordable or expensive it gets.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. It supports lots of useful features: snapshots/comment/task assignment/ integration/ tags. It saves me lots of time to manage the translation. Also, the OTA is really helpful to change the wording without release.
Last, it really has an excellent CS team, always give our team helpful and immediate support.
Lokalise keep improving their product. I really enjoy the new feature as I upload the file with different languages at once.

Small feature need to improve, Lokalise has a wishlist pool, you can leave a message to let them know.
Overall, I really strongly recommend use Lokalise as the i18n tool in your product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we use OneSky as a translation tool. I have to upload the i18n in 3 platforms (Web/iOS/Android).
However, I can upload the i18n in 3 platforms at once. It's really time-saving for me!!! Also, I really love the tag feature, to let me categorize the App pages and keys. I could filter out the wording and categorize them. It's really easy to manage the key!

The friendly customer service and the ease of use while being extremely powerful.
It is also very reliable, we rarely experience downtime, any issues is fixed very quickly.

It is maybe on the expensive side but totally makes up for it in features.

It makes us save so much time and effort. And we can fix any mistakes on the devices of our 10k+ customers in seconds.

I really like how's the support team goes along with to solve the issue w/o any standard excuse.

What do you dislike about the product?
The way it calculates MAU. Each new installation of the app will increase the counter for that calendar month and not the active users in the last 30 days.

Easy management of multi-lingual translation helps us to have a comprehensive view of our app content.
