Phenomenal Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy communication, and great customer support when needed!

Limited amount of translators can be added, but an easy fix by upgrading your subscription plan!

Support team are always available on live chat or if you get stuck you can book a call with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform can be quite tricky to setup when you have a big design project but once you get your head round it, it's easy to manage and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to have multiple translations for our product and therefore offer our app in 10 languages to users.
Lokalise is a tool we've been waiting for

Translation management is independent from developers. Now team can work on product and its texts independently. No need to think where to find latest texts and so on. Coool. Responsible managers and support

Sometimes interface is not hundred percent clear

We are managing translations and texts in one place, we can control where on the product (screen) this text is located, check grammar and translate on the go using provided automated systems

Sometimes a little complex managing keys.

The ability to cleanly manage translations and submit them for professional translation in a manner that helps us reduce duplication and be able to see where translations are used on our site.

Automation of strings management, nice interface.

Really hard to say at this moment, since I didn't use the service extensively yet.

Lokalise helps to solve a huge pain managing strings and localisations for different stings in the iOS app.

Lokalise is simple to use yet very powerful. Setup is pretty easy, everything can be done very fast and in an efficient way.
We are a small team so we're happy to see a tool that provides important features to us while letting us using them how we want.

Think that if you will do translation manually this will take much more of your time, than when using services like lokalise. The question if lokalise offers the best service, until now, certainly yes.

Easy to navigate, pretty handy for cross-platform strings localization, extremely helpful with the translation process, customer support is excellent!

Centralizing strings in one place, supporting multiple languages and general string maintenance

A very good localizing tool, easy to use, enables including several contributors for the process, translations are much easier to do

- the translation updates are being pulled realtime to live environment, either by bundle updates or by branches (flexibility)
- timely responses from the CSC team
- is strong collaborative tool between SCRUM team members and it has plenty of features and integration options with Sketch, Jira, Slack.
