A solution that stands out with regards to customer support
What do you like best about the product?
We just migrated to Lokalise.com and the whole team enjoyed the experience. Lokalise's Customer Success Managers enabled us to transition to the platform within just a few days by being very responsive and flexible. We are working in a corporate business setup where approvals for new software can take a lot of time. With the help of Lokalise we could quickly resolve concerns regarding GDPR and invoicing / payment which greatly improved our onboarding time & experience.
Other highlights:
- Very good integration into our development flow
- High quality translations (including legal documents like privacy policy and terms of use)
- Always delivered on time (we right away needed translations for ~15.000 words in 16 European languages within 3 business days)
- Amazing team behind the product that truly wants their customers to succeed. Big, big plus. :-)

What do you dislike about the product?
... nothing really (we use the service for roughly 2 months now).
If there is one feature that I would love to see it would be to be able to invite native speaker colleagues to review the translations but without requiring a payed seat for doing that. Zeplin has a similar concept for giving feedback on designs by inviting "Aliens" to specific projects only to comment - we think this would suit this type of product as well and would make Lokalise.com stand out from the competition. And it should not actually hurt monetization of the service.
Another minor complaint would be that SSO (SAML) is considered an "enterprise feature" whereas nowadays every company regardless of size would want to make use of this. At least adding this to the PRO plan as well should be something being considered by the Lokalise Team.

Powerful, yet easy to use service!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent CLI, web interface, plural support
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to filter keys by tag in the cli download tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an app with thousands of strings, across multiple languages and platforms. Lokalise allows us to seamlessly translate our product without getting in the way.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is always one step ahead of you. Every time I realize that I need something, I discover they already implemented it. The platform is super intuitive yet powerful, saves you a ton of time and perfectly streamlines the entire localization operation.
Integrations are super useful. Plus awesome instant support... you can't wish for more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, the platform provides everything I need.
Perhaps integration to Microsoft Teams would be nice (similar to the existing Slack integration), I guess it's on the roadmap.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the entire translations lifecycle of our SaaS product. Shortening time and easily finding and fixing issues are the main benefits.
In addition, auto translation when introducing a new language works well - it does require manual review and corrections however allows to start from an excellent starting point instead of translating everything from scratch.

Great tool that saves a lot of time for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
Since we use Lokalise as our translation tool we saved a lot of time (and miscommunication) among all teams. Our Product, Marketing and Customer Success team is using it for all kind of translation tasks, from long blogposts to short applications texts, we add all our content. Due to the review tasks, we have less error-prone and the e-mail notifications make sure everyone delivers in times.
And last but not least, besides the tool itself, you get personal (and very quick) support for all your questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the new Pro features that Lokalise added have matured yet. But they take feedback very seriously and do updates regularly so I am confident we can start using them soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- clear overview of tasks to be done
- reduces time spent and chasing team members (automatic reminders)
- all our content in all languages in one platform
- easy to share specific projects with freelancers

Excellent UI and Integration options for localization
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive, wide integration options and supported formats cover all our use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of more options to automate import and export of keys. While the product is maturing day by day, I am seeing more features being added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localization of our product that supports 18+ languages with 30K + keys. We are able to work seamlessly with third part vendors and internal users to add and review translations.
Great tool for app localisation!
What do you like best about the product?
It has beautifully streamlined our design-development-localisation workflow!
And the customer support is great that she sincerely tries to understand the problem we are facing and help us solve it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything as whenever we have any issues, our CS will come up with a way to work around it and solve the problem. I'm sure she will do the same for our future problems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With great integration with Figma, we have no more bothersome correspondance with translators explaining the contexts of UI strings.
Love this program, very convenient for project managers!
What do you like best about the product?
Support Team, lots of cool features for filtering keys, guides
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I hate it when the key is opened in the wrong doc, for example, when I get a notification to my email where a translator asks about a certain key, I click on it and get directed to the wrong doc which doesn't have this key. It'd be cooler if you made the chat better, for example, a dialog for each task or file and not only a project. Cause I store a lot of files in one project, so I have to open every doc and check each key until I get the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great translations, love the machine translation feature and translation memory!
Localisation as its best!
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is such a powerful tool. I almost don't know where to start and where to stop...
First maybe all the integrations, from git to Figma. The later allows us to see in the mockups directly if the localised versions are looking nice and not, as before, in the preview app version.
It allows me as l10n manager to keep track on the workflow and tasks of so many projects, languages and contributors. And it is a tremendous support when it comes to QA, starting from consistency providing support with glossary and translation memory and ending with QA filters for missing placeholders, whitespaces and URLs.
I also allows for screenshots to give the contributors a lot of context.
Apart from all the lovely features, they have a super nice and fast customer support!

What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to include a double child task with English proofrading as first task, that triggers then a please translate task, that, once completed, triggers a please review task. This is unfortunately not possible yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Turnaround time.
- Quality of translation.
- QA of ready translation.
- Version control.
- Updates in English trigger a unverified translation, so nothing can escape here.

Great tool for localising websites
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation and a useful task manager
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have few more features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of similar project so it's great to use automated filler for already exciting translations, it's easing the translation process. It's really easy to use for everyone who starts it for the first time, and if you're struggling with something, support is always there to help you. Of course it would be great to have more functionality, but comparing to the other localisation tools it's one of the best in the market at the moment.
