Great Customer Service from Lokalise
What do you like best about the product?
I just started to use Lokalise since not long ago so I have lots of questions all the time.Whenever I reach out to their support, I get super fast answers and clear instructions, which is something really important for a new user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function may not be so responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical issues include how to merge TM files and task setup.
Love Localise for their product and customer service

I have to say, that I enjoy Localise in general.
The simple, clear interface, a lot of supported languages. Localise is also easy to set up and use!
And I just need to tell that I love their customer support, never failed us!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to update translations on the web right away, you will always need to deploy your changes. But if to be honest, I do not think that any toll can offer this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- keeping all translation on the separate tool, which can be used by copywrites and translators without constant developers involvement.
- keeping translations from different projects in the same place, so they can be consistent

A really great tool to use!
User friendly and feature-rich application
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use for translators, and also for developers to implement SDK etc. New features being delivered all the time, and good communication from account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major parts of lokalise that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to translate our app into tens of languages easy, and being able to administer tasks easily to a wide variety of stakeholders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With scaled operations in 10+ countries and a very fast deployment schedule, we need a localization tool that can support frequent updates, multiple languages, and collaborating with teams around the world. Lokalise has been a great fit for that operation, savings us time and improving the user experience.
Lokalise get's the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and works for all platforms needed. Content editors need next to no tech skills to get their part right, and devs have easy access to the created strings (We use the CLI tool, which is simple and effective)

So far, there is nothing I dislike about it.

Translation, sharing strings across multiple mobile apps/Android/iOS
Really good translation software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integration with github both for downloading and uploading translations, possibility to open a PR, easy and affordable machine translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. We never had a hiccup while using the software.

We're translating both web and mobile UIs for our software stack. We can easily add new projects for different applications, to keep the language files separated.

Lokalise has so many great features and I hope that they can provide more pricing options e.g. you can get discount for not using some features

Our product requires translation into 2 languages - English and Arabic. Lokalise helps us to translate and synchronise translations quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Lokalise we could in an easy way get our mobile app, webapp and automatic emails to be translated. We really appreciate the fact that it sends out tasks to our internal translators in order to quickly get the work done.
Now that we upgraded to pro because we needed to localise our help center, there has been plenty more benefits. We use or plan to use localise wherever we can: websites, blog posts, Figma.. You name it.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say something negative, it would be that it is sometimes hard to know the context of a translation when it is just a short string in localise. Even though you can figure out through the link, the translators might not have that extensive product knowledge that they understand what it stands for.
We have had some trouble with our own words in the product like "wallet" which translated literally would sound a bit funny in swedish for example. For that we needed to create an extensive glossary which is a bit time consuming. But it is great when set up properly.

Our apps were very long only in English, which was not possible when entering markets like Germany, Spain or France. So we had no choice but to localise.
Now that we have been doing it for a while, we have benefited a lot in terms of processes when it comes to translations. Previously we translated everything through excel sheets, so Lokalise just helped us clean out old inefficient processes.
Now we can offer our apps in any language and it has a huge value for our customers.
