Great tool for Translations
What do you like best about the product?
Just quick feedback about the Lokalise.
I am enjoying this tool so much because it makes the translation workflow for Salesforce easy to handle.

So far, there are nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translations inside Salesforce, between different organizations (SBX/Production).
Very intuitive and amazing support.

Seamless Integration with other tools like Figma etc.

For certain languages, the informal or formal translation cannot be defined.

Lokalise is easy to use & great for managing multiple projects
What do you like best about the product?
The translation memory is great. You can see previous translations really easily. It's quick too, you don't have to wait long for your translations to come back. They're flexible to our needs and answer any questions we have promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, Lokalise is a great service. My only wish would be that there was a way to send a couple of projects off at once, rather than making multiple payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in 7 languages other than English so we'd never be able to do the translations ourselves. Using Lokalise means we can quickly turn around any project, in every language.

What do you dislike about the product?
The vendor rates feature is only available in the Enterprise pricing plan. To buy it as an add-on is very expensive for smaller businesses

Product translations have never been this easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Product Manager and on a weekly basis I'm coordinating translations in 8+ languages as part of our localisation efforts. It's very easy for me to use when coordinating, and from what I've heard the translators enjoy Lokalise too. We have internal and external translators, and Lokalise enable us to work efficiently with uploading screenshots, adding keys from developers, creating tasks and getting started on the translations.
Some of our external translators have been working in tools that would be defined as a competitor to Lokalise and they tell us that Lokalise is much better than other tools on the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
For quality purposes, the machine translations from Google and Microsoft are really bad. They're not gramatically correct and often written in a bad way. One function I miss is for inviting guests for a limited time! This way we could take in contractors and just invite them for a set time before the invite expires, i.e. when a project is completed. Since one also pays for number of seats it's easy to hit the limit on those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, speed and efficiency is key. We can get this with Lokalise.
For me personally, since I often work in multiple projects at the same time, I really like the overview of the different projects.
Also, the translators know the context of what they're translating since we're using the screenshots- and description features.

I needed a fast and available software to use and I got it as easy to use and not complicated for my customers.

Lokalise is clear and easy to use, even if you are not familiar with I18N projects. UX and UI allow you to manage complexity. The platform enables access to content translation also for non-IT people, perfectly managing also reviews and approval cycles.

Lokalise is simply the perfect tool to manage the localization of very complex projects. The most important feature is that any question, idea, need you may have in terms of translation and adaptation, the Team has already thought about that, and you'll find the correct answer.
Also, the integration components are beneficial and can help you in saving a lot of time.
The Customer Service team is efficient and quick in answering your questions.

Really fast and supportive team with the best product for localisation
What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the auto-translations, also the platform reduce the time the translator needs for the work done.
Also it is really helpful when there is 1 single word that you have to translate and it is very basic and you need it in that moment and don't want to wait a single minute and you can just see 3 different auto-translation at once that it gives the same result and you can send the first sketch to the designer instantly which can speed up the procedures with days. Also the whole platform just fit into the cycle perfectly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the "filter" function has load time. I believe it could be improved for example in our case with in react we could use "react-window" lib, that allowed zero filter time in our case on 10k lists. But the whole team develops crazy fast so I don't think this load time will hold for long. :)

We were 100% satisfied and just fit perfectly into the workflow reducing crazy amount of effort and has no effort to use is. Also I believe this has the best UI amoung the others.

What do you like best about the product?
Transitioning from old school spreadsheets to Lokalize has been a fantastic experience. From a Design led approach using Adobe XD I can now manage the majority of things all within 1 tool, and update with ease.
As someone who spends alot of time in Adobe XD, the plugin extension for localize alone has saved me so many hours each week because I no longer have to manually manage the data (strings) in multiple locations/platforms.
Instant quotations and orders and the click of a button and translations inserted straight into the tool ready for review within days.
We still have many more features to try out but so far its been fantastic. Cant recommend this product enough and there online support team are super helpful and respond within minutes!

Would be nice to if the XD plugin would allow linking to 2 different databases, a Primary and a secondary for people who have a global file for all products and a secondary file for product specific translations

No more translations with 100s of whitespace, empty strings flagged, all Language file are now identical matching string counts because of human error juggling 200+ language files all thanks to the tools inbuilt QA reporting feature
Smooth app to help maintain a product's translations with little overhead
What do you like best about the product?
We like the UI: it's smooth, powerful and easy to use. The support is just a few clicks away when some advanced procedure is not clear. All problems we've had were solved quickly.
We're also happy with the CLI, which is just as important than the UI to us. It's a breeze to use, the team totally built it with the end user in mind. Really nice.
The automated translations we get with the DeepL are also very good for the price, they only require light correction from colleagues.
Finally, a lot of integrations are available.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great to get a Jenkins plugin that we could simply have plugged in our CI and configured in a few clicks. Of course, that is ambitious, but Lokalise sets the bar so high in all areas, that we had really high expectations there also. In the end, we were able to sort it out with a bit of work and thanks to help from Lokalise.

We've got a large product made of many modules that is translated in multiple languages. The way we've worked on translations in the past is that a developer would be the middle man between the source code and the translators. He would create spreadsheets, forward them to internal translators, and bring the translated messages back to the code.
Eventually, people got tired of working like this. Lokalise helps us because while we still need somebody to manage the projects and tasks, all we have to ask of internal translators, is that they reach a URL to do their task. Because the process is so easy, this helps us increase our translation coverage rather than let it decrease over time.

Just ask them for help if something's not clear, they've gladly helped me right from the beginning, and this obviously helped me get far quickly with the tool during the PoC phase.
