I've used several translation 3rd-party, but Lokalise is a awesome tool and the members are genius.
What do you like best about the product?
Plural Processing & Very Fast, intelligent translation management and easy deploy to multi-platform

Lokalise is equipped with everything. :]

Plural Processing, Supports various integrations such as slack, github, ausna and so on. and very quickly feedback/CS

When using Lokalise, other tools are invisible. Cuz Lokalise is awesome

Responsive and overall always helpful customer support team!
What do you like best about the product?
24/7 customer support. Not only that the team provides helpful and actionable solutions, they humanize the experience, though I know I am talking to a person, they also don't make it robotic. I'd also like to highlight the effort of sending the discussion over email >> this is gold; I can go back to that without being worried to have forgotten. They'd follow up too. So, that's extra care If I may say and I'm totally for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs are found, albeit get resolved quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strings or copywriting documentation across our products. We're composed of 18 products with each product copy documented in separate spreadsheets aka manually processed. With Lokalise, we'll be able to store everything in a single source with millions of perks too.

The tool is intuitive, and support is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX could use some minor fixes, for example give more context in some error messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lokalise for our translations, and so far, it's been a great experience. It's time and cost-efficient, and the option to be in touch with translators working on a project makes it easy to answer questions on the fly. There's a really helpful and insightful knowledge base where most big questions are answered and explained. And whenever more questions come up, the support team is always by our side, making it all a positive experience every time!

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise provides a wide array of tools and packages to create seamless integrations into applications and knowledge repositories. APIs and client libraries are well documented and easy to understand. Highly technical support is standing by to help with any specific use cases or issues. It was quick and easy to get up and running!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the distributed npm packages didn't work in our production data center. However, support was quick to take our feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise helps Wix Answers solve translations of knowledge base content. Lokalise can provide near-instant translation of multilingual content within Answers' translation flows.

The overall accessibility is a huge plus. And the guys from Lokalise are always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really complain on anything. Except some slightly noticeable hiccups, being browser error or connection lost on my end, there's zero flaws spotted since we started using their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise is the service for on-the fly translation/localisation for our mobile apps. And we also use it to translate promotional materials for App Store pages.
Good tool to manage UX copy!
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise helps us to manage keys & strings so it's not all over the place. I like the tag feature to sort which copy goes in which flows and the fact that UX writer can independently edit copy and push it directly to prod. Lokalise customer service also has been super helpful. whenever we reported an issue, they always try to fix it as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I dislike things, but I'm still learning how to use the tool. But, would be really great if Lokalise can help us to store backend keys. However, we're planning to meet with Lokalise devs to discuss this. So it's not really something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strings management have been an issue for us because it could be all over the place. With Lokalise, we can have a better strings management.
Made the process of onboarding translators super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Few things that Lokalize helped us with, the ability to add languages and setup translator access for each language separately, and also the ability to set initial translations via google translation to simply the prood reading process, super helpful!

Perhaps the user interface could be improved a bit.

- The User Interface is sometimes a bit confusing

- Translation of different documents from marketing to legal and content of different frontends
- Lokalise supported us with our App rollout in 30 countries
- Translation quality is quite good due to the direct interaction with the translation teams. Feedback on single phrases is provided by translators to make them fit better

What do you like best about the product?
The Lokalise team responds promptly and is receptive to understanding the unique needs of our customers and organization. They were able to prioritize and develop a critical requirement that we needed from their SDK.

More ahead-of-time communication about what to expect in new versions of the SDK would be helpful.
