A complete user-friendly translation management platform with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is intuitive to use, which makes onboarding new team members and adoption very easy. Their customer support team is incredible - I always know that they are there if I have a question and they are always willing to jump on a call to help answer any questions!
Their platform makes it incredibly easy for us to manage our translations across applications, and I love that Lokalise translators often ask clarifying questions if they are unsure of context - this gives me confidence in the translation quality and I trust them completely.

What do you dislike about the product?
While not core to Lokalise's platform, I would like to see more metrics for engagement. For example, our team page shows me all of our users and which projects they are a part of, but it's hard for me to see how engaged they are - I want to know when the last time they logged in was so I can best manage our Lokalise seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise provides efficient translation management. Their platform provides visibility into our translations across products.

It can be hard to make all the team use lokalise to it full potential

Make work between development and marketing team easy. Possibility to quick add requested langauges

Setting up localization projects, translating content, integrating with a few key tools our company uses for our content.

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is to use! You don't even need a tutorial. You log in and instantly know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are not that well set-up by default for tasks and task completion is not as intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Context is now thorough for localization. MT output is really good and helps us work faster. TM matches and glossary extraction terms are really cool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure to have a proper team, specially made up of engineers, to fully integrate it with your product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can filter in multiple ways, which is very helpful to control the status of every piece of content. Also, I enjoy the Figma plugin very much: it has made it easier to communicate with product designers and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see improvements in the display of the search results -when searching in any project. It's sometimes misleading that it's not showing all results at once. Also, the small pop-up that opens under the search bar with the results is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise makes localization easy by providing lots of context to the translators: from descriptions to screenshots or style guides and vocabulary. It also makes easy the handsoff of the keys to developers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best tools in the market: offers all the features needed to successfully manage multilingual content in a vast organization and has excellent customer service.

Very knowledgeable on their product, its capability, and how it can accommodate several environments and be flexible to the client's needs

Nothing so far, still implementing the product so hard to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the current translation process, replacing an existing product which is no longer fit for purpose. The project is still in-flight so we cannot quantify benefits just yet, but many are expected.

The product is very intuitive, and helps with all types of localization work. The people in the company are friendly, accommodating, and super fast at responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far our experience has been perfect.

Lokalise has helped us translate our product in a cost-effective way, as well as integrate and localize other parts of our business like help files and chat support.

Lack of a few features relevant to our use-cases, as discussed with the team, but from my experience, no other service has these offering as well.
