The best translation tool with the best support

What do you like best about the product?
Immediate technical support for a wide range of implementation queries. An easy to understand interface, as well as easy integration with our SDLC workflow (via Gitlab and Slack). It's also incredibly easy to request professional or machine translations all within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to grasp how Lokalise treats translation keys, and the initial integration (especially if you have multiple platforms, e.g. a website and an app) can be a bit finicky; however, I think that it is more due to the sheer amount of options in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lokalise to manage all strings across our website and app. It has been pretty seamless getting translators, devs, and product managers on board to the platform to make sure that our translations are up to date as soon as we release updated copy or new features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used a few localisation tools before, and Lokalise is easily the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Actually they supports us right away without checking formal things. They support the customer first and asks the subscription later. It is not easier said than done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Actually I didn't find anything negative until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sometimes run out of all subscription plan unexpectedly and face kind of service limitation.

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise makes contributions and collaborations easy and simplifies a lot the import process for translation keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Maybe it could offer ways to update mobile applications' stores' texts using Apple and Google APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise makes contributions and collaborations easy by simplifying the search, update, and translations management processes.
It also simplifies a lot the import process for translation keys.

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise has great support and the customer success team is very proactive and responsive. They take note and listen to feedback. I do like their tagging feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they are working on providing more context for translators, more could be done there. The search features need to be more robust. The limitations of seats for our plan is constricting. I've found the integrations are a bit difficult to use and some can't be implemented with our current systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We renewed with Lokalise because it was the preference of our Engineers and we were on a very aggressive deadline to localize our application. We were able to do so with Lokalise.

What do you like best about the product?
I was using other tools to help me in translating websites, and really this tool is the best of them!
Simple, easy to navigate, flowable translation suggestions, and the customer support team is SUPER.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, my experience is really smooth and easier than before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working on a project of CAT (Computer-aided translation) for my client's website, and this tool is really helpful..

Reliable "all in one" platform to manage localizations

What do you like best about the product?
- We can rely on an excellent platform to manage all our localizations need

- Using tasks and managing the users, we get work done for multiple workstreams with ease and simultaneously

- Generally speaking, the UI is easy, simple, and modern: all involved people find it easy to engage with.

- The use of some features is vital for the success of our day-by-day work for localization: use of screenshots, translation history, translation memory, machine translations, duplicate finder and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The price is a bit higher than we would have hoped, primarily because we are not exploiting *all* the features of the pro plan, but only some

- Sometimes the usage of the filters / tags / search tools has load time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Our web app has been localized into ten languages: Localize is excellent at helping us manage it

- We have a better workflow that includes our translations partners: they use their account to translate directly on Lokalise. This means we work better & faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise UI is simple and intuitive to use. The customer support team is incredibly fast in response and help!
Super awesome that a tool like this exist which helps us on daily basis!

What do you dislike about the product?
Only two things.

1. For a platform where a lot of communication between translators and the client occurs - the Comments/Chat section is very limited at the moment. I wish it supported rich formatting (like bold text) or at least be able to break sentences into different paragraphs. Also, when managing 10+ languages and 10 translators need to reply in a single section - I wish there was a way to filter by language/translator rather than getting responses from all translators mix together.

2. I wish the Pricing Plans were more Startup friendly. The Pay-as-you-go model with more Growth options would be awesome. Where you start from say 200 hosted keys, and 1 project, and then pay for more resources when you scale (more hosted keys, more projects limit, etc) rather than paying for unlockning useful Features. So that no matter which plan you get, you can access all features right away, that will make your work a breathe - like glossary, translation memory, etc. And then when you need another +100/200/500 hosted keys, or one more project, you bump your plan by X$ a month.

But neither stops me from using this great tool.
This is what I wish was improved going forward.

Efficient translation management of more than 10 languages at a time.
Great visibility of all the translations across projects.
Quick & Easy to export and implement keys into the app.

Not much to dislike, our App needs are small and Lokalise does the job well

Our App is used in multiple countries, and so we want to offer region-specific languages, and Localise is excellent at it.
