Love the customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of resources available for self-help. If you run into an issue and have a difficult time time parsing through info, the customer support is really helpful and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of some of the information available can be difficult to navigate, especially if you are really new to Lokalise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lokalise to add translations for our app and website.
Translation with low ease
What do you like best about the product?

Right Management is well done.
Slack integration.
Suggestions and a large set of export-import options.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is not very flexible.
Very adapted for UI translation but not really for content management (even if the product is excellent overall).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can't have a centralized solution to handle our translations.
People from different teams can collaborate, we can also have externals member that can contribute in a very simple way

Experience is adequate for the moment, but some features would greatly help
What do you like best about the product?

- Multilingual view
- Possibility to add screenshots to contextualize keys
- Clear visual cue to distinguish between regular spaces and nonbreaking spaces.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some bulk actions would be useful (ex: ticking segments as Completed across a whole project without the need to click on each one manually)
- Old, deprecated and sometimes deleted segments steal appear in our TM, duplicating my research effort to find out where the wrong translation might have been applied across our projects, only to find out that it's not anywhere anymore.
- It would be a lot more efficient to look for particular words not only within one project at a time, but to have a snapshot of every key containing X word in X project, especially for efforts when replacing wrong glossary entries and frequent mistranslations by our linguists' team.
- Some QA mistakes pertaining to loan words or, in my case, English expressions that are borrowed as such in French and supposedly do not belong to proper French, are not really mistakes at all. Some anglicisms should be pointed out, while others do not reflect the reality of how we speak French. Ex: FR e-mail and FR spam for ENG "email" and FR spam are consistently pointed out as anglicisms to be avoided, while their alternatives are nowhere used at all.
- We can sort by "Last updated" but as I find myself correcting VERY old and untouched translations across all of our projects, I would love to have the reverse -> Start with segments that haven't been updated in ages, down to the most recent ones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Figuring out how to harmonize our lexicon as there have been numerous linguists in our team across the years, with very little cohesive glossaries.

Superb customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Responsive support with high quality guidance, namely screenshots, relevant examples and links. In addition, the implementation team are highly competent and greatly assisted our implementation of a new content design process through their Figma plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a UX writer, it isn't a strong content management system for source language. We're attempting to use it for its basic offering and hope that's sufficient. The Figma plugin tool of linking keys could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End-to-end process of content creation to production in source and multiple languages. Personally, it's allowing me to use Figma as the source of truth within my company, across design, product and dev.
