terms of the depth and variety of analytics provided.

Easy collaboration for localisation
What do you like best about the product?
Our product is localised into 6 languages, and it's so easy to onboard new translators and to collaborate on creating high quality copy.
Lokalise is intuitive, and I love the comment feature: tagging contributors and having discussions about certain keys directly in-app is extremely efficient.

There are some restrictions on the text strings you can create: I would love a more intuitive solution to use bold and italic fonts, for example.

Our product is sold across Europe, and it's essential we cater to local markets. Lokalise makes it easy to translate your product into multiple languages, and the translation memory and history ensures consistency: a key factor in creating trustworthy and recognisable SaaS products.

The support team and account managers are incredible responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to use the products in a variety of ways.

Nothing - I really enjoy the service overall and have no complaints.

It is helping us to manage translations for both our software and our website, using a mix of automatic translations and human proofreaders.

What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is average. Although it is understandable, it would be better if the articles could be further split out to be specific to each product/integration. For example, two types of salesforce integrations are available, and documentation on both is in the same article, which would be confusing if we were to integrate only one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are expanding our customer base globally, the need to have the product and related KB articles translated to multiple languages arose. Using Lokalise, we can have them translated to any language we need.

A more intuitive onboarding process or interactive walkthroughs could assist non-localization friendly users in cathing up more quickly with the platform's features and functionalities.

Sometimes, Lokalise can be misconfigured depending on the language you're using. Things like using the wrong language variation for a minor correction — particularly Portugal Portuguese X Brazilian Portuguese — or taking sentences at face value.
