The flexibility of this service is very convenient, the support team is always available and helps to solve any issues and also answer all the questions that user may have

To be honest there is nothing to add here. If something is not clear about how the Lokalise works - you can always ask the support team and you will receive your answer ASAP.

It solves the problem of translation of our application for the different languages and makes it available and more understandable for different countries and regions

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is RTL-friendly, which is important to me. It has a user-friendly environment and even those who are not tech-savvy can learn how to use it in a short time. It's easy to use TB and TM suggestions. L10N assests can be viewed easily. And they care about keeping their product up-to-date; they have recently added an AI translation feature which is really functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more shortcuts and it was easier to customize them. The overal appearance can also be a little more ergonomic, with better options for reducing eye strain.

As a translator member of our localization team, I am responsible for localizing a gaming product into my native language. Using Lokalise, I can keep the work consistent and keep up with the quality standards.

In my experience, one aspect that could be improved with Lokalise is the accuracy of translations.

Adding Lokalise keys manually can be a time-consuming task, especially as the number of keys and languages increase. Lokalise automates key management and synchronization, saving you significant time and effort.

Very intuitive interface, easy to use, simple integration with our tools, clear how-to documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user flows should be improved, eg. afaik there's no way to directly add a key with only its 2nd language sentence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it contains a translation memory and it's a very easy to use tool. Apart from this, I also think the suggestion of numerous automatic translation services usually helps me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI translation can definitely be improved. Besides, even though the TM is good and it points the percentage of similarities between different strings, I feel like an automatized suggestion is within reach and it's not implemented yet.

It's helping me getting my work done faster which is great because I can focus on other stuff and be more productive, generally speaking. My performance has definitely increased since I've started using it.

Customization and GitHub integration allowed us to use it the way we wanted.

Some minor bugs at times, but the support team was reactive.

It allows us to centralize the translations of all our software in one place, with granular team management (who can translate what and in which languages), and it integrates well with our code versionning and deployment systems.

Easy translation of desktop our products
What do you like best about the product?
The easy user interface. Deepl Translations and the translation key memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling placeholders still feels dangerous. I would like to see max character length or comaprision with source / target language charter lengths for the keys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to work with a multinational team of internal volunteers to translate our software in 12 languages for each release. Lokalise allows us to manage that very easily and also hand over transaltion work to different team mebers on short notice.
