Perfect translations service for our website
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is a great solution for translating our website. Our team maintains hundreds of translation keys for tens of languages, and Lokalise's account permissions make that process easy teamwide. Our organization is non-profit and open source, and Lokalise's customer support was very easy to work with to find the right plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to using Lokalise with our website. Our dev team adds translation keys during development of new features, and we hire professional translators via Lokalise to translate the new keys. Sometimes a new feature has only 5 keys, but there is a minumum payment per pro translator. At times we have to wait several months to build up new translation keys to make the min payment worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a developer for a large, dynamic website that manages hundreds of translation keys across tens of languages. Lokalise is our translations manager linked to Github for a seemless process.
Very flexible solution for everyone dealing with lokalization
What do you like best about the product?
Great service with a large toolset and flexibility. CLI command tools and multiple ways to export/edit texts. Almost "too many features". :)
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit on the pricier side, a lot of basic features could probably be launched as a "lite tier" as a free or low-cost option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility and a centralised tool for many different "roles".
Overall the experience with lokalise is good.

As a software developer, our expection is to use our App by multiple countries around the world so that people can get the benefit from it. For this we need to translate different sentence for better reach. Lokalise is helping us by doing the tranlation.
Great tool for enabling non-engineers to manage internationalisation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and implement, very friendly UI for non-engineers to get around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst basic true/false, 1/many logic is supported I feel it could benefit from more conditional logic within the templates. Things like IF and SWITCH.

1. Allowing product managers and designers to implement changes in the product without involving an engineer.
2. We operate in multiple regions globally which requires multiple languages.

The easy to use Translation memory helps me keep the terminology of mobile games consistent
Perfect choice for managing labels and more for your apps and web.
What do you like best about the product?
We had Sass software with tens of thousands of labels in 10 languages, it was always a mess managing translations without appropriate tools, with lokalize we found the perfect partner to solve our problems with their API. Technical customer service has always been fast and accurate even on complex questions regarding their API.

The product is very complete so if you want to know all requires time but with the help of their support the game is easier!

Is solves the complexity of managing thousands of translations and it makes easy to embed them in you software using the API.

The AI implementation is great and the translations generated with it are very accurate. Not to be taken for granted, the tool is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if the tool had a simpler interface, to make it more user and beginner friendly.
