Best way to deal with a website and app in multiplae languages
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, can be managed by the product team independently from the dev team.
Customer support is also quite reactive. We only had to contact them once but was very efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Upload of translation keys is the only tricky part but for the rest nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translations used to be a mess without lokalise bevcuase we had to exchange different files with the dev team. Now the product team can manage translations independently.
Intuitive & well done: a staple for proper localisation
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and the learning curve is low. Nonetheless, you can progressively uncover more & more additional features such as tags, glossaries and integrations that would take your translation effort to the next level.
My experience with the customer support was also very positive until now.
I always recommend it over other solutions (I used Weglot and a bit Crowdin).

What do you dislike about the product?
The commentary section is not ideal for collaboration, I would prefer an overlay chat popping up instead of the left accordion section that is currently present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective interface for assisted translation that plugs into a different array of possible sources natively. Software localisation is way more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track task, easy and quick to make updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it has a function to auto generate the priveiw of that content we're updating.

Serching applicable content in Lokalise is easy and simple which helps me identify and track my tasks in Lokalise.

Lokalise has helped us to sync our content translation process between, our product design team, marketing, translation, and engineering.

Translations can be added per segment, they assist with grammar, there are many filters available.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly interface and all necessary functions easy to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my translators have trouble finding a project because they only have to use part of the file name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CAT online tools are comprehensive and allow the use of a wide range of translators depending on the needs of the project. It is an easy-to-learn tool and does not pose any problems for translators when using it.

I have been in charge of building a translation service with Lokalise and what I appreciated most was the speed of getting my technical questions aswered via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to make the chatbox larger would be appreciated.

Apt platform for translation needs with multi solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides prompt in side panel with similar segments reducing the effort to re-translate segments. Also, it suggests appropriate options which other leading search engines might be using, hence one could refine their work to beat the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could auto-populate similar text in all relevant segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI Integrated model helps as the system prompts the apt version of translation. It even provides few other translations used by competitor search engines.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about this software are the video tutorials that guide you through each part of the website, plus the support team, always available to help us.

Interface for payment. This could be more friendly user.

We are a global company and for a lot of the documents we have we need to provide the original language.
