A no-brainer for any localisation project, small or big.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lokalise is its ease of use, and the project/key/tags structure: be it for me (administration and localisation) or my technical team, there's close to zero friction in our daily use, and scaling from a small project to a big one is so easy that it's not even a question. Lokalise's AI localisation tools are now increasingly powerful and efficient, and they've become essential to my workflow, along with human localisers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A recent redesign changed some highlight colors of the UI, from clear red/purple/orange to different shades of blue, with no possibility of switching it back. I really liked the previous colors, as they were really helpful to navigate the UI, and the new ones make it unnecessarily hard to distinguish some elements, such as empty vs non-empty keys, which actually affected my pace and enjoyment of the platform. Not a dealbreaker, but I hope they switch it back!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise is closing the gap between every part of the localisation process: from project management, to sharing the keys and assigning them to parts of the code, to the actual translation part. It makes us save hours and it's actually pleasant to use it. The key, project, and tags structure make it really easy to scale your project from a few keys to a hundreds or thousands keys. Lokalise has seen constant evolutions, almost all in the good direction, the recent AI push has simply made it a no-brainer to use. Furthermore, the platform is extremely flexible and reliable, and I have never lost any translations or anything like that, despite using it daily.
Great tool for translation
What do you like best about the product?
I find the way of translating using various AI techniques very objective. The Translation Memory is also widely used by our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs with translation memory, it accepts incorrect translations and then starts replicating them for all the keys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't understand the question.
Cleared a bottleneck in our process, removing translation aspect from our daily problems
What do you like best about the product?
Filters and status allow us to scope quickly, and the API enables various small integrations that help us move faster. Amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a couple of edge case scenarios we sometimes go through that are inefficient or behave simplistic. An example of such a case is using two GitHub repositories (app ui and documentation) in one project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracts area of translation out of development flow. Less effort on engineering.
Packed with features, but pricey

Easy to use with multiple colleagues and I never fear to lose any progress
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using bulk actions and the AI tool to optimize workflows. Whenever I am missing a feature or something is not working as expected (which rarely happens by the way), I contact their support over the chat, and they are always very friendly and help me fix any issues fast. I use Lokalise every day as I write all the texts for our game.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were two outages in the last 3 weeks. Up until this point, I rarely had any issues with Lokalise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access for all our translators.
Best for usability, efficiency, and support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Lokalise as our TMS for a year now, and I'm extremely pleased with it. The UI is very easy to use, and can be customised to see everything you need and nothing you don't – this means a lot less switching between tabs or navigating submenus to find things. The ability to see all languages on the same page alone is a godsend for me!
One of the best things, though, is the support. We always get a reply within a few minutes, compared to a few days with our previous TMS, and they've been fantastic at answering our questions and helping us find solutions.
We build for web, Android, iOS, and TV, so features like universal placeholders and per-platform key names have been really valuable for us. They've allowed us to keep everything in a single project, which not only saves time, but also means our translations are always aligned across different platforms.
Lokalise also integrates really well with our existing workflows and tooling, and we've been able to automate quite a lot of the i18n process, which has saved our engineering teams a lot of time.
Some other features I really appreciate are Xliff export that preserves notes and screenshots, Slack notifications, multiple translation memories, and advanced contextual features. We're currently in the testing phase for Lokalise AI, and the results so far are very promising.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the translation memory section only allows you to import, export, or assign to projects. Removing individual TM entries can only be done on a per-key and per-language basis in the project editor itself. There's a lack of good TM management tools for Mac, so being able to easily manage the TM in one place inside Lokalise would be extremely useful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing us to manage the localisation of our content so efficiently, we estimate that we've reduced the time spent on localisation by around 50% compared to our previous solution. This has freed up a lot of resources, particularly for my team and front-end engineering teams. We've also been able to go to market significantly faster. The contextual features and ability to create cross-platform projects has also noticeably improved the consistency and quality of our translations.
Powerful tool, a bit rigid
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features, fits our usecase MOSTLY
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX isn't the best. Our usecase might be a bit niche, but there are a few views that aren't as interactive as they could be. E.g. I've just pasted in json content to update a load of keys. Why can't i lookup which file they'll go into? I have to go look for the filename and paste it into the file path at the top
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
add the keys, let the client make the translation for their local language/usecase
Quick solutions on the Queries
What do you like best about the product?
I was facing some issues regarding my account and i contacted support team. they provided quick solution and less time. It is easy to use and we can implement changes easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt find any problem yet. I will let know if any
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite easy to use and add new keys. it makes translation easy. works effectively.
Best localization platform I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Good user experience, easy to learn and make changes. Great support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to point out anything. If you haven't use a localization tool before, it might take time to learn, but that's not Lokalise-specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are operating in several markets that need local context and Lokalise solves it very well
Exceptional Support & Effortless Lokalise Integration
What do you like best about the product?
EVERY time I had a question for the Lokalise support team they were on the ball and assisted me promptly. Does not matter if it was a big issue or a small one they take ownership of the task and follow through with it. When it gets to the end of day and the problem has not been resolved they will hand it over thoroughly and the next person seamlessly continue on the task. Well done to all the Lokalise support people!!!
Getting the integration between our porjects and lokalise up and running was a breeze. Their API is well documented and easy to follow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lokalise is working on improving their Workflow section and I would really like to see more capabilities added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are automating the process by making use of workflows and seamlessly create tasks on new keys that are added to the repository.
