Easy to configure spam & phishing blocking
What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job of filtering out spam and phishing emails for our hybrid exchange environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Support was hit or miss. Some tickets were closed with "Won't do" with no other reason given. After chasing down a sales rep to escalate our issues, we did get better support afterward. Might have just gotten a bad tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filters out a LOT of spam and phishing emails our org receives all the time. Less time dealing with that nonsense frees us up our security tech to handle more important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can feel secure in the emails that my company sends without the feeling of the chance of being hacked. We used to use proton purely.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I do dislike is that it does require a lot of hoops to get through and it's a bit slow to actually send. I'm not sure if that's part of it but it is a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can contains so much spam from coming in. We would get a lot of cold emails that were from bits that it was overwhelming to go through but it has worked.

The tool presents some disadvantages or solutions that can be done according to my criteria.
It has a high cost, small companies cannot have it.
You must have knowledge because the learning curve is high, which if you do not know how to use it is complex.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it is a tool focused on solving email threats, such as phishing, malware and ransomware, by implementing it we benefited from real-time protection against a wide range of email threats, it integrates seamlessly with the popular cloud email platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 these were some of the benefits it gave us and we were able to improve security gaps

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan is a beautiful program for automatically detecting any virus or malware bound to Emails. Avanan scans the Email attachments and alerts me if there is anything serious.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Ananan for more than a year, and I don't find anything bad that I dislike about it apart from some false alerts on viruses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan Cloud Email Security is helping me use my email with all safety precautions. Its inbuilt artificial intelligence for detecting virus are great and also up-to-date with all new virus updates definations.

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Cloud Email Security is complete protection for all our email apps. The results are much better and improved with the automatic detection of phishing and malware detection. Avanan stop the virus with their unique AI Solution and stop them before arriving in my Inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still finding the bad things about this, but I couldn't find anything I dislike. It works best with all incoming emails and warns me before opening them.

Avanan cloud email security helps me to feel safe and insecure in today's world. It stops all kinds of virus attacks and phishing protection; it also scans the attachments bound to Email and warns me if anything is detected.

What do you like best about the product?
Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is an advanced Email Security solution that is very efficient in detecting malicious email activity. Be it malicious links in the email body or malicious files as part of email attachments, Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is spot-on when mitigating risks related to email as a vector. It has advanced features like quarantining, sandboxing can also be implemented if required, is easy to manage and administer and is pocket-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know of major dislikes regarding Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security since it performs well. I'm slightly disappointed regarding vendor support for operational, administrative issues reported, as the response times and solutions provided are not up to the mark. Otherwise, this is an efficient solution.

Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is a robust barrier for all email-related traffic. It is very good at detecting malicious content in email, and since around 82% of the attacks leverage email as a vector, this is doing a great job.
We can easily integrate this with other solutions, like SIEM, SOAR, etc., to optimize operations, which is a significant boost.

What do you like best about the product?
Every business, big or small, pays a lot of attention to business email security, as they contain sensitive information. As an E2E encrypted system with spam filters, Avanan offers the highest degree of security against cyber-attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For protecting our official mails from the different vulnerabilities correlated with phishing emails, this is the tool exactly that I've been trying to find for a long time. So, no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox became less cluttered once I separated spam mails from regular mails and eventually deleted them. I get the greatest data security as my official mails hold multiple sensitive data, and any data leak can put us in trouble.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about them is that they provide security services which are fully based on the API(Application Programming Interface). Their usefulness is based on brilliant and modern technology called AI(Artificial Intelligence), which is trained with extensive datasets. Because of that, it provides very accurate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have a good customer support experience with them. Whenever I need assistance and for that when I called them - firstly they let the customers wait for a while. And after they pick-up the call, they don't have an exact reply or answer for the issue or problem.

They provide security for all the applications which will collaborate with them. This is the main problem which is solved by very few organisations only. By using this functionality, we are able to secure all our email accounts associated with different applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Avanan for the last year, and my experience has been fantastic. My Use case is to secure our email against fraudulent and malicious activities and phishing attacks. It is a robust cloud-based tool that provides real-time security against phishing, cyber fraud and cyber-attack. Very easy to set up with your email services, supports all the major platforms and provides detailed reports of how many emails have been blocked, phishing links, phishing files, malware, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX should be improved, and I wouldn't say I like the UI of Avanan. Sometimes it slows down and is laggy; one more thing, sometimes, it blocks the critical emails that are not spam and are essential to me; pricing is a bit higher than other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan Cloud Email Security provides data leak prevention, malware attacks via emails, and phishing attacks that significantly help our company. We deal with many clients, and they are happy with the secure database via email, which also allows us to prevent mistakes from our side. I recommend Avanan to companies worried about security, data breaches, and phishing attacks. It is a great software to protect our emails.
Perfect Solution for Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
It delivers powerful email protection against Anti Malware/Anti Spam and phishing attacks. We like its feature, which automatically detects malware mails , and spam and moves it to the junk folder. It's like handy and Easy to deploy with few single clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its managed setup and configuration for Email flow may be required some expertise. Email and Threat Protection policies need to improve further. Sometimes, emails with genuine Domains are also kept in quarantine, which needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hassle-free configurations for our Email Security thanks to this Program. Malware Protection, Emails scanning, and Attachment scanning features are helping us with excellent results. And also it helps us with a detailed analysis of why particular emails/Attachments are stopped instead of delivered.
