Smart Threat Intelligence with Great TPRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
RiskProfiler’s external threat intelligence offer good support to our team in discovering shadow assets and gaps. Their UI dashboard offers excellent visibility to access all necessary information on beach history, timelines, and data with severity scoring to keep track of the security posture. However, we found their TPRM solution to be the most valuable, along with the automated vendor risk questionnaire. The questionnaire gets triggered automatically.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RiskProfiler provides detailed threat intelligence with a timeline, historical changes, sources, and other necessary points. It also maps the common attack paths, showing how the breaches happen and the steps an attacker might use to breach the system. Their system also maintains an up-to-date inventory of all digital assets that helped us discover some unregistered APIs and IT assets tied to our system. Their intelligence is also a great help in discovering dark web leaks that helped us contain.

RiskProfiler offers user friendly solutions for managing external threats, security gaps, third party threats, and brand identity related threats. The platform allowed us monitor excessive access privileges and unhygienic password practices for better account and system security. The implementation is easy and comes with an interactive dashboard for simple access.

I did not dislike anything about the platform or its features.

The platform allow fast and effective phishing detection and fast takedown management. The continuous threat updates and priorities breach alerts helps in fast and effective mitigation strategies. The solution offer a large number of integration options.

RickProfiler is a 360 degree service for managing external, brand, vendor, and dark web threats. It is easy for implement, set up can be done with an hour. The solution integrates well with cloud providers and internal systems for complete security coverage.

RiskProfiler streamlined the compliance process and vendor risk questionnaire distribution. It also tracks and take down phishing sites quickly.

It integrates well with cloud services and our internal software tools for comprehensive monitoring of attack vectors, unusual traffic, and suspicious login attempts.

The lack of mobile integration can cause accessibility issues at times.

The solution updates it's threat reports as soon as detects any new concerns on the system. It helped us detect some misconfigurations and API issues to secure all access points. The Questionnaire gets triggered and sent to the vendors with any changes in vendor security posture for better security alignment.

The integration and setup process is simple and can be completed within the fast hours. The dashboard is easy to use, offers all risk details at one place. Their customer support team is helpful and reaches out quickly.
