What do you like best about the product?
We liked how RiskProfiler combined phishing detection, brand abuse monitoring, and third-party risk into a single pane of glass. Their contextual alerting helps eliminate alert fatigue. Within 30 minutes of the onboarding call, we saw risky SaaS assets, typosquatting attempts, and exposed S3 buckets. The support team has been stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with internal ticketing tools would streamline workflows. While alerts can be exported or emailed, more native sync would help. That said, we’ve already seen the team shipping platform updates based on feedback, and our feature requests are being considered on the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RiskProfiler has helped us uncover hidden infrastructure, shut down fake brand domains, and evaluate vendor risk faster. The coverage is broad, but more importantly, connected. We no longer chase disconnected logs across tools. It’s a real-time decision-support layer that changed how we handle external risk and attack surface management.

What do you like best about the product?
Vulnerability matching precision occasionally required customized tagging to distinguish between internally hosted services and outsourced vendor-managed environments, helping avoid false positives during real-time CVE alert processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting layout could use simplification. For example, executive summaries could be shorter while retaining insight. The platform offers high detail which is great for analysts but may overwhelm managers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initial learning curve exists, especially for teams unfamiliar with threat intel tools. Some deeper configurations take getting used to. That said, once our settings were tuned with help from support, the noise dropped and meaningful alerts surfaced quickly.

We started seeing the threat updates within hours. The platform helped us prioritize vendor security concerns, flag brand impersonation attempts, and uncover forgotten public cloud assets. It’s responsive, comprehensive, and surprisingly easy to manage. What stood out most was how proactive and involved the RiskProfiler team was throughout deployment and beyond.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a brief learning curve in configuring multi-lingual dark web alerts and local threat feeds. Some advanced features are best understood with initial support. Once configured, however, they provide immense coverage and clarity. More in-app tutorials could help speed this up for new users.
