What do you like best about the product?
It’s rare to find one platform that combines threat intelligence with exposure management and brand monitoring. RiskProfiler does all three well. We loved the phishing detection and rogue domain monitoring features. The setup is fast, and the solution starts providing risk updates within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports could be more visually digestible for quarterly updates to senior management.

We needed a way to map threats that start externally but quickly impact our brand or infrastructure. Most solutions handled one aspect. RiskProfiler brought it together, saving us time and cost.

We now have complete control over asset discovery, even across multi-cloud deployments. The platform’s ability to map risky services and flag misconfigurations before they become incidents is a game-changer. Setup was completed in under an hour, and it immediately began flagging exposures. The UI is intuitive, integrations are extensive, and support was responsive and knowledgeable throughout onboarding.

The terminology and risk scoring take some familiarization, especially for new security hires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid cloud expansion led to unmanaged assets, which exposed us to compliance issues. With this platform, we’ve automated discovery and significantly reduced attack surface uncertainty. We now catch risks before audits, and before attackers do.
Dark Web Monitoring Enabled Early detection of data & credential breach
What do you like best about the product?
The dark web intelligence is fast and relevant. We got alerts on leaked credentials and exposed customer data within minutes. The takedown recommendations were spot on, too. The setup was seamless and easy. The UI is user-friendly and offers easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering signal from noise can take a few adjustments, but tuning options are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to proactively detect data leakage involving employee or customer records. The alerts helped us plug gaps before threat actors exploited them.
Expanded Threat Visibility for MSSPs
What do you like best about the product?
RiskProfiler lets us offer deeper visibility into threats clients don’t even know they have. Setup is fast, UI is intuitive, and the platform is extremely MSSP-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multilingual threat detection in brand intelligence is limited. Adding more language options would be a huge value add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now detect and respond to client threats proactively. It strengthens our managed services offering, improves response times, and makes our SOC deliverables more comprehensive and competitive.
Comprehensive Threat Visibility for a Multitude of Cyber Risks
What do you like best about the product?
We liked how RiskProfiler combined phishing detection, brand abuse monitoring, and third-party risk into a single pane of glass. Their contextual alerting helps eliminate alert fatigue. Within 30 minutes of the onboarding call, we saw risky SaaS assets, typosquatting attempts, and exposed S3 buckets. The support team has been stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with internal ticketing tools would streamline workflows. While alerts can be exported or emailed, more native sync would help. That said, we’ve already seen the team shipping platform updates based on feedback, and our feature requests are being considered on the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RiskProfiler has helped us uncover hidden infrastructure, shut down fake brand domains, and evaluate vendor risk faster. The coverage is broad, but more importantly, connected. We no longer chase disconnected logs across tools. It’s a real-time decision-support layer that changed how we handle external risk and attack surface management.
