Playroll are great! To be honest, I did my research before deciding on working with them, with some competitors in the market and the personal attention and care I get from the Playroll team is very much appreciated. They do care about their customers, they're open to feedback and feature requests and are very proffesional.
The platofrm is user-friendly both for us as an employer and for the employees.
I use it on a weekly basis and the implementation was pretty easy and straight forward.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there might be some improvements on invoices transparency and billing options but I already gave them that feedback and seems like it's going to be improved soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll allow us to employ employees in countries in which we do not have a legal entity - they offer payroll and legal services. They also consult on benefits and benchmark in countries in which we hire for the first time.

Playroll - The employee dashboard is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Receiving my monthly remuniration is a breeze with Playroll, the dashboard to view payslips and take leave days is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could possibly update the login system that one does not need to open an email link to login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my payslips and leave days on the database that is easily accessible is great.

The Playroll team is very responsive and open to see how they can help. Their in-country experts are very helpful when we move into new territories.

Playroll allows us to bring people on board in countries where we do not have a legal entity. This allows us to expand into new territories without the hassle of creating a legal entity.

The possibility of salary pegging and the smooth functionality of the platform are highlights. Playroll's customer support is also exceptional.

I experienced a minor bug with fund withdrawals once, but it was quickly resolved when I brought it up with the support team.
