What do you like best about the product?
The support and services I get from Vanta is really extreme and exclusive. Their compilance management gives a more effective experience to complete task on time without any efforts.

They have very satisfying experience and ease to use integration to handel all task and solve the query without any hassle.

They have very great and effectine featues and audit management and also they manage cloud compilance and security compilance. They have good environment and help us to manage all data without any problem.

Vanta has been an amazing resource to help uplift our info sec compliance standards and become ISO27001 certified.
What do you dislike about the product?
A dedicated view of personal notifications in the platform would be helpful.

Vanta allows us to centralise and track our info-sec compliance standards and ensure we're up to date with our ISO requirements.

The clean UI with use of use. It helps me manage 100+ controls effectively.

Vanta is helping our company stay in compliance. Especially with SOC 2. We have been SOC 2 Type II compliant for the last 4 years.

What do you like best about the product?
Because of the multiple platform connectors Vanta provides and the precisely documented work instructions, the audit preparation process is easy when utilizing the tool. Also the simple architecture of the company and the helpful templates it offers help me to focus on my work instead of worrying about the smallest detail of compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the high learning curve needed, it would appear difficult for a new user to negotiate all the options Vanta had to present. Another element causing the general high cost is the extra fees for particular services; this is particularly troublesome for smaller companies and startups. Delays make it difficult to accurately monitor development, hence I wish information on completed projects were sent in a more timely fashion.

Vanta is in charge of managing all of the challenging compliance chores connected with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, so I do not need the services of a compliance crew created especially for this aim and this guarantees that I am maintaining all the set security criteria in addition to helping me save time.

There’s honestly not much to dislike, i am happy with the platform.

Vanta really takes the headache out of staying compliant. Before we started using it, prepping for audits like SOC 2 felt overwhelming—there were just so many moving pieces to track, and we were constantly worried we’d miss something important. Now, with Vanta’s automated checks and clear step-by-step guidance, we can keep everything in line without it taking over our workload. It’s saved us tons of time and made us feel way more prepared and confident during audits. Plus, the constant monitoring means we catch any issues early, which is a huge relief.

What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 is a _long_ process, having a checklist and a progress bar is the only way to maintain sanity and ensure that you have everything completed before starting your audit. It's easy to tell what's left to do and what steps you need to perform. I honestly don't know how people go through this process without Vanta.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's fairly expensive. Generally if you're looking for SOC2 or some other compliance you're working with large customers, but if you're small then this service is cost-prohibitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta's system integrates with hundreds of different systems, making it easy to automate tasks and tests. Additionally, there are provided templates for almost all documents needed to give you a starting point and guide you in the correct direction for drafting. Beyond checking the box, the Vanta platform guided us seamlessly through the compliance process and fundamentally helped our organization change the way we operate for the better. Whenever confusion or questions came up, our support rep or the customer service team was also very prompt with responding and assisting. They also connected us with potential audit firms and organizations we needed to complete our certifications. We use this platform almost every day even when we're not under audit, and almost any size of organization could benefit from this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Vanta makes compliance so much cheaper than traditional means, it's still a fairly expensive platform, especially for small businesses. They're plans are now more integrated, but the add-ons can add up in cost as well. They'd addressed this with new "packages" to bundle these add-ons in. I do wish some of these add-ons weren't so expensive for smaller startups, which desperately need to the most automation but have the smallest budgets. They continue to add new integrations every month, which makes it work very seamlessly, but still missing a few we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is making it easy for organizations to comply with a multitude of security and compliance frameworks in a self-serve manner. We don't have dedicated compliance people to work on this full-time, so the ability for our team to be able to have access to the knowledge and requirements without needing a team of people is a huge lift. It also makes the audit process extremely easier and MUCH cheaper beacuse the auditors can rely on all of the automated tests and checks for evidence for their audit reports.
