The platform may be a little bit confusing, it doesn't tell you very clearly when it's installed or when it's running

What do you like best about the product?
I am using vanta for years now and i totally likes its integration facility with almost all type of different systems and also templates are provided for smooth process . It has very fluent compliance process and helped our organisation in policy enforcement and auditing. I also like their customer support .
What do you dislike about the product?
It need high customizations other than than i dont find any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has been excellent for providing quality compliance with top notch security and frameworks to our company. It also helped us in auditing and setting up smooth workflows and saved a lot of cost in compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
To have all the documentation and the tasks in one platform, which reminds you with mails and due dates, to get things done. Besides, is has a easy User Interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
The control descriptions for SOC2 were too generic. We have to modify them intensely, because they were not presenting our processes.
Our auditors remarked that the initial control descriptions do not include the well-known 5 W-questions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a typical audit situation, you have to provide many evidences to the auditors. At the end, you have a mess and you have to organize yourself very good to keep it not chaotic.
With Vanta, you have a good overview of all tasks and evidences linked to controls.
Features like access management and Vendor managements is a good on top feature.

Vanta Compliance and Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Vanta provides visibility in our ever changing workplace. It is easy to use, and implement into existing workflows. I use it multiple times a week to clear non compliant issues. I have never used their customer support but that is also a plus in my book because I have been able to do things on my own with documentation and presentation. They have countless features and it is easy to integrate with our apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better API documentation and functionality. Other than that it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility is the best thing that this provides. Without it who knows in what areas we wouldn't be compliant. This provides a birds eye view on how things are doing.
Great software for security automation
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has helped our small team get organized and prepared for SOC 2. Without the product, we would have had to spend a lot more on additional resources to accomplish the same task. It's great to see software help elevate security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike as it's as pretty comprehensive platform. There are still a few more integrations we would like to see.

Vanta helps us solve the problem of managing our audits and having everything in one place. It also helps us with ongoing security compliance and reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
The process and integration of Vanta is really very easy and reliable to use. They have approx all features that we need to audit and security compilance. Their ease to understand dashboards gives more reliableand scalable platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never I have any problemor error with their services and also don't need their support, so I don;t have any dislike to mention here.

Their features like Audit, security compilance and vendor management etc. gives a really high level support to manage works on time without any hassle. Their ease to use interface make themmore reliable platform for me.

Security features. When you download the Vanta agent it really helps letting you know who has what on their PC regarding compliance

What do you like best about the product?
One system that provides me with a one-stop-shop for everything security and compliance-related, it's very convenient and I use it daily. Their customer support is very qucik and efficient.

The subscription is expensive, and they charge you separately for each module (trust center, access reviews, security questionnaire automation, etc).

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta offers well-written templates for policies, risk analysis, and documents. These are ready to use and save you a lot of time. The level of integration with other tools is also impressive. Real-time monitoring and alerts are also fine as Vanta helps you track which documents must be reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is rather steep, the application could be more intuitive and flexible. You still need external help (a consultant) to get a grip on what is going on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first we tried to prepare for the audit without a centralised tool but this was close to impossible. We wasted a year or two before Vanta got us on track. It is important to have one central place to localise all your ISO-related work not only for the ongoing operations but for the audit as well. The platform provides a centralized portal to store and organize all necessary security documentation.
