Easily Streamlines Compliance and Security Process with Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a game changer for 1 of my client for which we implemented their security compliance. It took the entire burden of implementing framework of ISO compliance manually by helping us in continuous monitoring and ease of integration. Their support team were always available to help us in this entire process of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike is its pricing, which is on higher side or I can say is bit unaffordable for small businesses or startups. Also sometime we faced UI glitches i.e we were looking for any link or button for taking action and that we were not able to found out. We had to go check in internal sections and then proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta automates the entire process of compliance managament. With its help we were able to reduce a lot of manual work and team involement. There were few technical persons from our end that used to helped with the data and Vanta did all the process strealine for us.

What do you like best about the product?
We required Soc2 for a customer and vanta provided us within 5-6 months from sign up to soc2 report which would have taken us 10-13 months easily. I like the automation features , customer support and auditing which helps in smoother transition of process.They provided good visual user interface in the dashboard and customer support helped us in setting up the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its been great experience with vanta and it would be nicer if integration does not require too much customizations and can be done automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has been huge asset to our company for providing S0C 2 compliance within short amount of time. Templates are extremely helpful for faster processing is very helpful. With addition to that it keeps tracks ot device inventories and resource that are in cloud.

Vanta automations has been the best, most reliable and allow us to automate the routine security monitoring tasks. The support team is always quick to respond and makes our life working with the product so easy. Vanta seamless integration with other products help us achieve security and compliance across all our products. It offer very insightful security and compliance reports that allow us to continuously monitor the security and compliance status of our tools and systems. Vanta provide real-time alerts any time an issue has been detected which allow us to fix the issues quickly before they spread.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta has not shown any weaknesses at all so far. It works so perfectly for us and all its features are in great working conditions. Nothing at all to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has been helping us to maintain a healthy security and compliance posture. It provide us with automation workflows that allows us to automatically monitor the security and compliance status across all our systems and tools. Vanta help us to detect any compliance and security issues in real time and fix them instantly to avoid data loss or other adverse effects. Vanta has made it so effortless for us to remain complaint and to attain and maintain a good security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
Comparing Vanta with other tools and services it really shines due to the fact that it makes the procedure of security compliance management much less convoluted than it normally is. It has practical automation features that help monitor the requirements for certifications which writers do not want to miss. From the integration with our HR platform I do not have to manually track the access and security practices of my employees and thus we save time needed for other important requirements and we stay compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
An upside of Vanta is it can be a bit time consuming to set up, especially when it comes to initial software integrations. After a while getting everything straightened out to start can be time consuming. On top, the platform is though, and certain reporting features might be keener to provide more clarity in terms of the compliance status. Sometimes though, we have to dig a bit harder to get more specific information.

For us Vanta has been a game changer in security compliance management. Automating this process means we no longer have to keep track of certifications and requirements saving us countless hours. It is easy to integrate with other systems in order to monitor employee access, keep everything updated and all the rest of the information in the same place. We were ready for our audit in just six months, thanks to its organized system that keeps all our documents and tasks in one place with helpful reminders. The platform is easy to use, and their customer support was always quick to help. The automation features, especially the policy builder with lots of different frameworks, were really helpful in getting us certified. Implemenation and integration with other platform is super easy.

The SOC 2 manipulate descriptions had been too vague and didn’t fit our actual methods, and our auditors pointed out they have been lacking key details. We additionally had troubles with lacking files, and help couldn’t provide an explanation for in which they went, which made me query whether to renew.
