Save hours on compliance tasks - A Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
- Best feature for me is the automated evidence collection, instead of manually tracking access logs. Using Vanta, we can fetch information directly from AWS, Google workspace, and Okta. - Despite some minor issues, Vanta has significantly streamlined our vendor security process.
- Instead of struggling in spreadsheet, now we had a centralised view of vendor compliance and automated reminders for followers.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Limited automation for vendor security questionnaire.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major impact has been better collaboration between security and leadership teams. The compliance dashboard gives everyone visibility into our security and reduces back-and-forth of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
As for the most powerful feature about Vanta, it's how the compliance becomes simplified. It’s integrated with other tools we already use like our cloud services, so everything that we have to do is so much easier to get secure and compliant. As a result of automation involved in the tasks within the platform, we have taken away manual check burden which also enabled us to stay ahead without spending too much time on compliance. I’m also super impressed how easy it is to spy on everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rigidity with some of the compliance processes in Vanta is one of the challenges I’ve dealt with. The software is great at keeping us compliant, but the workflows and requirements that they have set don’t necessarily fit our needs. In addition, there are always occasional syncing issues between platforms, which delay when we are supposed to have a thing an instant. These problems are frustrating to deal with when time is an issue, such as an audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of the complexity of security compliance is what Vanta does for us. Staying compliant has become a lot easier, especially when using the automation. This has helped increase overall efficiency, by decreasing the effort needed to track and maintain compliance. Not only has this saved us a lot of time but has also freed our team the ability to focus on more business driving work and improving our services.

What do you like best about the product?
We came across vanta after hit and trial for our regular need of brand related compliance in our company. It is well built for user and regular monitoring is possible with less manual work and make compliance and security looks easy. Earlier we used to do it manually and that was really time taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it more if it provides nda signature with auto soc2 sharing .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helped us in all our important stuff levels for getting company compliance ready. It helped us in monitoring and preparations as well . It is so helpful for audit report generation with high accuracy.Budget of vanta is also good in comparision to security it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of services and their ease to integrate features make them more useful platform for managing Vendors data and also their cloud compliances and security management gives reliable and hassle free services.

Their support and implemention was so quick and fast so I don't have any bad comment to mention here about vanta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the features of Vanta like Audit management, Security compliances, cloud compliances amd Vendor management. Their multiple features gives freedom to work on Vanta with more effective manaers than other providers.

What do you like best about the product?
We run quality analysis and create programs for our clients from different places and compliance setup was our big problem. Vanta helped in overcoming this difficult task and provides help for setting auto analysis of our compliance report for SOC2 and has fast process templates for boosting the process even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its dashboard is definately to my liking , as for suggestion i think an api integration option will be more helpful so we could add it with our current issue tracker feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have products in different countries that why it was to diffucult to follow compliance manually in each location . This platform has solved this issue and autochecks compliance and auditing which helps save costing in fines we used to get for not following the protocols by mistake.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and find information.
AWS resources are shown clearly, and when AWS references an AWS resource in a test, it links directly to it in the AWS console, which is super helpful.
The application has been reliable with few bugs.
While they have lots of integrations, it was also really useful and easy to build a "private integration" for our own application, so we could track MFA settings for own application inside of Vanta.

What do you dislike about the product?
It makes some assumptions in the identity provider that prevent us from using it fully. It is not a complete blocker though.
We use Google Workspace, but some team members have multiple inboxes in Google Workspace. If we tell Vanta to populate the list of People in Vanta from Google Workspace, there is no way to deduplicate these Google accounts, and say they are used by the same person.
I either have to mark them as out of scope, which means they are not tested for MFA, or I have to mark Google Workspace as NOT our identity provider, and then manually create users in Vanta.
Similarly, it assumes all monitoring of AWS is done in Cloudwatch. However, we use Datadog for monitoring. There is a Datadog integration, but Vanta currently has no way to mark a Datadog monitor as meeting the monitoring requirements in a failing control test for an AWS resource.
As I said though, these have been more "wish list" items than blockers.

It automates a lot of tracking of MFA settings on user accounts, which is super useful. Many automatic tests are useful. The control mappings are helpful, especially since we are pursuing both SOC 2 and ISO 27001

What do you like best about the product?
Working with vanta was an absolute pleasure. The entire compliance process was smooth and strees free thanks to their supportive and postive approach. Raj expertise was clear every step of the way and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly mangaed we happily work with her gain highly recomme d her... we truly enjoyed the onbaoding soc 2 type 2 and gdpr certif vanta easy use dashboard made it simple track and mange everything. They have beeen consistently improving the paltform by adding new frameworks intergrating extrals tools and providing helpful alerts to keeps up with security taks.

I can not think of anything everything has been great and far.

Working with large companies required us to be soc 2 complaint and vanta helped us achieve that their simple process and expert guidance allowed us to meet our clients struct allowed requirements whole still focusing on growing our business

Sometimes I need to send invites for new users twice, as the first email doesn't come.

What do you like best about the product?
When we first setting up this company we dont know anything about compliance and regularity . This platform has managed it all from SOC2 to pci , its been great experience to work on . Automatic runs for certificate checks is very good feature that i like and customer support helped in figuring out the process so good marks to that too.

I would be more happy it can integrates with aws code commit for enhacing automation process , rest no issue .

Vanta has been great problem solver in setting up the company and managing compliance and auditing for our customers too. Our efficiency has been increased and we are stress free from compliance changes.
Value platform with good customer support team !
What do you like best about the product?
I hands down like its automation , features , its templates and customer support very well in our work process. And document templates are very helpful in getting them faster , We required constant checks of compliance on over 2000 applications for customers and vanta delivers it within the time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that on a few ocassions vanta passed false pass so a slight look is needed just in case.

Vanta provides structural management of compliance in Soc and automated checking process of certificates through ai which made us more productive . We could able to easily create audit our whole system due to its good integration option.
