Great experience with Vanta
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has made handling our security and compliance, so much easier. It was simple to set up and really easy to use, even for someone without a technical background. I use it regularly to keep track of everything, and the customer support has been super helpful whenever I had questions. I also love how it connects with tools we already use, like Google Workspace and GitHub, which made the whole process way smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta is great for simplifying compliance, it can be a bit pricey for smaller teams. Also, notifications can get a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta takes care of all the compliance and security tracking in the background, so our dev team can focus on building features without worrying about audits or manual checks.
Super easy! It took care of all the tricky security checks and kept everything running smoothly.

Vanta is expensive, less customizable, occasionally shallow in compliance depth, and its UI less intuitive, with issues in the Vanta Agent and a "one-size-fits-all" security approach.

When it comes to smaller businesses, the pricing is too expensive.

Through proper audit preparation and regular monitoring, Vanta better manages the security compliance. Also since almost all the tasks are automated, manual efforts are less thus saving time.

I felt that compared to other similar platforms, Vanta was easy to use and very easily got integrated to the system. Implementation was quite simple. The number of features made the frequency of usage increase. Effective customer support also added to this.

Nothing as of now. The platform was easy to navigate.

Very easy to use, ease of implementation is impeccable. The Customer Support has been very helpful. I have used is frequently. The quantity of features is amazing. Integration is found to be very easy.

Cost is pretty high for a company that serves people in bulk.

Can have an overall access and see the permissions of the others services like Slack, AWS account management, Google Workspace.

Sometimes a bit tedious and manual because need to manually validate (for example when someone transferred me the admin permissions)

Additionally, Vanta efficiently integrates with a range of software we already use, like Jira, GitHub, and Microsoft 365, enhancing its utility. I also value that Vanta is regarded as an industry standard and genuinely works as advertised, making it a trustworthy choice.
