Vanta is a must have for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has simplified our entire ISMS system and made compliance across ISO27001 far more achievable for us as a smaller business. The structuring of the evidence and documentation process makes collecting items for review far simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say I dislike. They continue to iterate on the product and push new features, some of these are initially clunky, but get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying our compliance process to make it more manageable

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to understand UI. Works well with the tools that we use. Helps make formal processes less intimidating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not much, maybe if I am being nitpicky some times tables load slower when I am filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see which users have access to the systems we use.
Compliance Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward it is. Sure, like any tool, it takes a hot second to get the lay of the land, but I cannot tell you how simple this made SOC 2 and GDPR over the long haul.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't pick out a bad quality about the app. It works, and it's helped get my company SOC 2 compliant insanely fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complying with security frameworks like SOC 2 is tough work! Vanta makes it easy. It breaks down each control, explains all the evidence you need to collect, and it backs it all up with references from the framework or the law itself, so you don't have to go to law school to pass a security audit.
Great product for compliance

We love how easy it makes tracking compliance. Everything is organized in a logical way and we receive notifications when things need to be updated. This ensures we are always up to date and ready when we need to be audited.

Nothing notable to complin about on our end, it's been a great experience

Great Product to Help Navigate the Confusion of Security Standards
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to implement because of all the helpful integrations. Easy to use due to the notifications of items due or due soon. Amazing customer support when needed and access to independent auditors that are familiar with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could control the status tiles on our home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the security standards out there, Vanta helps eliminate the confusion about what is required. We were able to become SOC 2 compliant in a timely fashion and with minimal staff.

Excellent tool to achieve ISO27001 and GDPR compliance and ongoing monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is excellent. A multitude of integrations make continious tracking of compliance a very simple task. No more spreadsheets no more manual tracking. Internal and external audits become a breeze with third party access. Would recommend anyone looking to apply best practice compliance to use Vanta. Customer support is on spot, always friendly and fast. Implementation is fast and initial certification becomes extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I think there are few features that Vanta does not contain as of today. I think user systems access control and potentially provisioning is something that could be added to existing features (and should come within the base pricing for GDPR and ISO27001 tracking). Nevertheless I wouldn't change a thing about Vanta.

Continuous tracking of all security and compliance topics. Enables one shared view across the organization without getting lost in spreadsheet based processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some features should be included as opposed to being add-ons with extra cost (e.g. access review). I would rather treat the advanced features in Risk Management and Vendor Manager as extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time and effort in SOC2 certification is the main purpose we use Vanta. It is in my opinion an indespensible tool.
Best tool for SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use and customer support has been helpful. They have a lot of resources and templates in the library to help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to fill in company details and let it automatically update the policies instead of manually filling it in.

Vanta streamlines the SOC2 compliance process and makes it easier and quicker to be compliant.
Vanta provides a path towards achieving critical security certifications
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta provides a pathway to achieving compliance with security programs, and ultimately receiving relevant certifications and audit reports. We worked with Vanta to launch our SOC 2 program and were successful in setting up a truly effective program despite the fact that no one on our team had set up a SOC 2 program before. Right now we're applying the lessons learned during that process to set up our ISO 27001 program and I have no doubt will reach that milestone within the next few months thanks in no small part to Vanta. Vanta is everything you need for compliance, you will need other partners, such as a great auditor, but they make the path forward clear and manageable, even for teams without prior experience setting up security compliance programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with our GCP integration due to the fact that we have literally thousands of instances and we tend to run into API / import issues from time to time, but Vanta has been great about working with us to sort out those challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta provides a pathway towards achieving compliance with our selected security compliance programs, and then provides a central location where all of the relevant data is gathered, in many cases in a fully automated fashion. Vanta automates compliance, and where it can't be automated, it provides a central hub where our company and our auditors can manage data requests.
