What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly and comprehensive. It allows me to allocate tasks to other staff members easily and provides a thorough approval process. It is also well-known among major customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that there is still a noticeable gap between the Vanta policy templates and those that are truly audit-ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security and compliance are important, with SOC 2 in place and plans to meet additional requirements in the future.

I've been using Vanta for a year to help manage my clients' compliance journeys, and it has been an amazing experience. I first learned about Vanta on LinkedIn, where it was praised as the next big thing in compliance management. After researching other options, Vanta stood out as unbeatable. One of the major strengths of Vanta is the seamless setup process, facilitated by the Vanta Academy and an interactive guide that simplifies onboarding. The home page effectively organizes tasks with detailed guides on how to perform them, enhancing user-friendliness. Vanta has been instrumental in streamlining various complex processes. It has centralized our compliance management tasks into a single platform, significantly reducing the need for a large team and minimizing manual workloads. The platform excels in automating the vendor security assessment process, which previously required manual tracking of questionnaires, NDA approvals, and document submissions. Additionally, features like automated policy tracking, vendor security assessments, and real-time audit readiness have been particularly useful. Vanta's integration with Dreta for automating evidence collection and tracking adds another layer of efficiency to our operations. The comprehensive automation, ease of client management on a single platform, and continuous monitoring for audit readiness with minimal effort are compelling reasons for me to consider purchasing Vanta again.

Having a centralized location to monitor our compliance posture in real time, as well as to keep all of our policies and documentation organized and easily accessible, has been extremely helpful. It makes preparing for audits and handling vendor assessments significantly more manageable.

Vanta poses considerable difficulties when handling intricate HR situations, especially in cases involving the rehiring of employees or managing name changes. These processes introduce operational obstacles that can hinder both compliance efficiency and the accuracy of data.

Vanta changes compliance from a time-consuming, periodic task into a continuous and manageable process. This shift helps LinkSquares achieve its business goals of securing enterprise customers and expanding its operations.

The scope it covers - from users through endpoints to Saas/IaaS/PaaS, compliance management and other integrated modules making use of information entered/gathered once for multiple outcomes.

As a Series A startup, Vanta makes compliance & SOC 2 a breeze and lets us focus on the needles that move the business forward.

I really haven't had any issues with Vanta. It's easy to use and intuitively built.

While I understand that a sophisticated platform can not be cheap but I do think Vanta is very expensive

We are using Vanta for auditing purpose like ISO, SOC, NIST, Trust Centre. It makes our job easy by managing all the stuff in one application.

There is nothing major to dislike about Vanta. A minute concern would be the pricing. Small organizations or startups may find it a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business works extensively with vendors, and we also serve as a vendor to many other companies. In both situations, security compliance is essential. Without certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, the process can become quite tedious, often requiring us to complete numerous questionnaires. With Vanta, we have been able to automate our security compliance efforts, which has helped us stay on track toward achieving certifications like SOC 2.
