great tool for ISO 27001 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
- ease of use
- detailed reporting
- live reports with data flowing into Vanta from external apps
- customer support is friendly
- I use it on a daily basis to keep on top of the different compliance aspects of my function

What do you dislike about the product?
- newest visual update has some issues, which are fairly common across other vendors too (clicking on stuff pops the side of the browser in front of the list you were viewing)
- could use more integrations
- some of the MDM tools don't report all the required information (granted, this is more on the 3rd party vendors, but Vanta could incentivize them or pressure them)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly the ISO 27001 certification, but also to get a better security posture overall
It's all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Everything that can be tied to an automatic process is done so with simple connectors. Baseline mapping is accurate and ready to deploy out of the box. It's simple to use, all in one place, and customizable. If it's manual, and you can't fix it, neither can Vanta, but at least there is a spot for ownership, note taking, and automation around facilitation and reminders. Overall, very easy to integrate and implement, customer support has been good so far and the updates seen in frequent use, as well as reminders, can be adjusted to hit your sweet spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could load a little faster. It's occasionally sluggish. Overall not a lot to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 Compliance and Policy Distribution. It does a great job tracking and assisting us to completing various SOC2 compliance issues. A very easy policy distribution tool.

Plenty of integrations, straightforward UI, and very streamlined experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're missing some integrations for lesser-known SaaS, e.g. Strapi, Zitadel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is driving out SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit process, which would be an absolute nightmare without it. The integrations with GitHub and AWS are very helpful in monitoring for 3rd-party CVEs!

The vast amount of pre approved temlates and ease of intergation with every type of system you may have makes it a breeze to setup and run.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's vast and complicated, but they do a great job of helping you get through it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting a SOC 2 certification and it is saving us a ton of time and money getting that. It also allows us to get the most out of having that certificatin with Vanta'sTrust Center

I really like Vanta's ease of use. The product is very easy to navigate and ensure our company is in compliance.

Nothing, I really enjoy using Vanta. It is simple for our employees to use and train on cyber security.

Getting certified for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and others can be incredibly challenging and take up significant time and resources. Vanta automates much of the process, making it quicker and more efficient. Instead of manually tracking everything, Vanta does a lot of the heavy lifting—automating evidence collection, monitoring systems, and creating reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has been the most simple and easy to use automated governance, risks and compliance tool. The easy of implementation with the intuitive interface and seamless integration makes it great for all users from management to operationally.
Vanta is the go to tool, on a daily to day basis for getting stats and activtely monitoring compliance across various standards.
The customer sucess managers are always well informed and provide a wealth of know, excellent support on all aspects.

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be areas of Vanta that can be improved and innovated around the Privacy requirements, as areas of GDPR is worldwide.

Automation, integration, risk management and a strong customer support that gives us guidance and advice.
Well-executed integrations
What do you like best about the product?
By using the integrations built into Vanta for the cloud services we use, we kept our cycle times for going from notification to fixed very low.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integration between some of the Document tasks and our ticket tracking system, e.g. for pentest remediation it would be nice to tag those cards as "pen test remediation" and have them automatically show up on the Document task. As it is, I need to gather all the URLs and/or screenshots manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to grow our business, we needed to quickly achieve compliance with multiple overlapping standards. Vanta helps us keep all the requirements straight and focus on exactly what matters.

Great user experience, easy to know what I need to do and take action on it to maintain compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like most things about Vanta - when initially setting up, it would have been nice to have a bulk jira ticket creation feature for all outstanding compliance issues and I logged that feedback
