What do you like best about the product?
Hi, my name is Marlyn & I work in a Cloud computing Saas startup organisation based in Bengaluru. I recently had the pleasure of working with the Vanta customer support to ensure my team met our compliance requirements and I cannot recommend them enough. I am very new to the process and needed guidance and had many questions. The team demonstrated exceptional expertise, guiding us through each step with clarity and efficiency. They were always available to address our questions and provide actionable solutions tailored to my needs. Paige was extremely dedicated in making the process smoother than I anticipated. What do you like best about the product?
Vanta automations has been the best, most reliable and allow us to automate the routine security monitoring tasks. The support team is always quick to respond and makes our life working with the product so easy. Vanta seamless integration with other products help us achieve security and compliance across all our products. It offer very insightful security and compliance reports that allow us to continuously monitor the security and compliance status of our tools and systems. Vanta provide real-time alerts any time an issue has been detected which allow us to fix the issues quickly before they spread.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta has not shown any weaknesses at all so far. It works so perfectly for us and all its features are in great working conditions. Nothing at all to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has been helping us to maintain a healthy security and compliance posture. It provide us with automation workflows that allows us to automatically monitor the security and compliance status across all our systems and tools. Vanta help us to detect any compliance and security issues in real time and fix them instantly to avoid data loss or other adverse effects. Vanta has made it so effortless for us to remain complaint and to attain and maintain a good security posture.

We have prepared HIPPA compliance using Vanta. This compliance focuses on ensuring that employee device met security requirements. Vanta's Device monitoring feature allowed us to enforce encryption, antivirus software and secure configuration. The automated checks and reports made it easy to confirm complaince without manually reviewing each devices. This has saved as lot of time and we could now use this time to focus on strategic work. Also, Vanta automatically flags non-complaints devices and provide clear instructions on how to fix the issue.

Customization options for integration could be improved. Despite the minor challenges Vanta made it easy to centralise task management and reduce unnecessary communication across teams.

We use Vanta daily for compliance monitoring, focusing on continuous risk assessment. This has significantly reduced our effort to maintain compliance and security.

I integrated Vanta with systems like Slack, GitHub and AWS, which allowed me to monitor user access dynamically. If I have to rate Vanta on security then I could easily rate it 5 on 5 based on my team experience and my own. Seriously this tool is best compliance management software out there and customer support is very helpful , i didnt faced any legal issues with it .
