vanta is really useful for myself because help me to track the vulnerabilities in my AMIs

sometimes the refresh process is not fast and we need to wait for the new one a lot

Vanta literally saved us months of work
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta's integrations made artifact collection a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations need work. Some auditors are not fully onboarded into the Vanta.

This has saved tremendous resources in terms of person hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simplified into an easy-to-complete checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the changes cause some disruptions to go back and fix. But this is expected with an evolving product.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has an easy-to-use checklist of tasks to work towards for compliance. There's also a Vanta application that's installed on employee machines to ensure everyone is using security best practices. With Vanta it's easy to see where you're at with SOC2 compliance and what still needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think of. The process has been clear and well structured.

We wanted a structured process for obtaining SOC2 compliance and ensuring we keep best practices in place.

Vanta covered 98% of the controls and evidence we needed for our SOC2, setting up a seamless audit

Dashboards can be overwhelming (though Vanta's team has steadily improved them to make sure critical information is delivered).

We used Vanta to complete our SOC2 and ensure ongoing compliance

Dashboard View quick rollup. Policy Templates were a good start.

There are some controls that apply to individuals that aren't mapped to their profile/onboarding...e.g. MFA on accounts.

SOC 2 certification, much easier to track in a tool than manually

What do you like best about the product?
Connects to important systems and continually adding APIs. Easy to navigate. Responsive support. Regular feature updates and additions.

Sometimes glitchy but has never caused a big problem. Support usually guides quickly to a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance for SMB SaaS Product. We are in the period between Type I and Type II and hope we are on track for an easy audit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not shopped around for similar products, but Vanta is a solid solution thus far, and we will be using it for the indefinite future.
