The best Compliance planform, bar none
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of pre approved temlates and ease of intergation with every type of system you may have makes it a breeze to setup and run.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's vast and complicated, but they do a great job of helping you get through it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting a SOC 2 certification and it is saving us a ton of time and money getting that. It also allows us to get the most out of having that certificatin with Vanta'sTrust Center

I really like Vanta's ease of use. The product is very easy to navigate and ensure our company is in compliance.

Nothing, I really enjoy using Vanta. It is simple for our employees to use and train on cyber security.

Getting certified for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and others can be incredibly challenging and take up significant time and resources. Vanta automates much of the process, making it quicker and more efficient. Instead of manually tracking everything, Vanta does a lot of the heavy lifting—automating evidence collection, monitoring systems, and creating reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has been the most simple and easy to use automated governance, risks and compliance tool. The easy of implementation with the intuitive interface and seamless integration makes it great for all users from management to operationally.
Vanta is the go to tool, on a daily to day basis for getting stats and activtely monitoring compliance across various standards.
The customer sucess managers are always well informed and provide a wealth of know, excellent support on all aspects.

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be areas of Vanta that can be improved and innovated around the Privacy requirements, as areas of GDPR is worldwide.

Automation, integration, risk management and a strong customer support that gives us guidance and advice.
Well-executed integrations
What do you like best about the product?
By using the integrations built into Vanta for the cloud services we use, we kept our cycle times for going from notification to fixed very low.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integration between some of the Document tasks and our ticket tracking system, e.g. for pentest remediation it would be nice to tag those cards as "pen test remediation" and have them automatically show up on the Document task. As it is, I need to gather all the URLs and/or screenshots manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to grow our business, we needed to quickly achieve compliance with multiple overlapping standards. Vanta helps us keep all the requirements straight and focus on exactly what matters.

Great user experience, easy to know what I need to do and take action on it to maintain compliance.

I like most things about Vanta - when initially setting up, it would have been nice to have a bulk jira ticket creation feature for all outstanding compliance issues and I logged that feedback

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to categorize tasks to assign to different teams,its integrations with cloud platforms and ticketing systems and its AI tools providing "how to remediate" instructions for console and terraform are phenomenal. Makes security audit preparation a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking automation for creating tickets. Package vulnerability scan needs improvement, it scans metadata and creates false positives for disabled packages.

When considering what I dislike about Vanta, I would say that while the platform offers a lot of valuable features, it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of options available. This complexity can lead to a steep learning curve for new users, making it challenging to fully utilize the platform's capabilities right away. Additionally, there have been instances where the integration process with other tools was not as smooth as expected, causing delays in implementation. Lastly, while customer support is generally good, there have been times when response times were slower than anticipated, which can be frustrating when urgent issues arise. Overall, while Vanta has many strengths, these areas could use improvement to enhance the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has made a tremendous differnece in simplifying security compliance processes. The platform has provided us with automation that makes frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 much more manageable for us and reducing a huge amount of manual work. We also have utilized its integrations with our cloud provider and which allowed us to streamline security monitoring and make audits easier.
I would like to give a shoutout to the customer support that has been responsive whenever we needed assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ideailly we would prefer a more cusomtizable workflow at the moment it is somewhat limited. This would help us tailor the compliance a little better to our needs. However, as is it is its still a great a product and i can understand that vanta cant make products tailored specificaly for each individual company needs.

The automation has reduces the time and effort needed to track security controls, making audits and ongoing compliance more manageable.
