Vantas support really helps us achieve our compliance goals much faster and easier

Nothing, Vantas platform is honestly awesome and we can see us using them for a very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems have occurred, the most that they are doing for us is shipping and creating new integrations 🚀

Automating lot of the manual compliance reporting as well as lot of manual integration

Everything is automated, with no documents or human touch.

There were some technical difficulties with the Datadog integration.

Successfully completing SOC2/ISO certifications in an automated, clear fast, and collaborative manner.
SOC 2 compliance made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta made it incredibly easy for us to achieve SOC 2 Type II and continues to make it extremely easy to maintain compliance. The Vanta dashboard provides an at-a-glance view to confirm where we stand at any moment on our SOC 2 controls and is an excellent piece of mind. Since our auditors are integrated into Vanta, we know that what we see in the dashboard is what they see. This vastly simplifies our ongoing audit requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
On one or two occasions, changes made by Vanta caused our Vanta dashboard to mark several of our compliance tests as failing, even though these items were currently meeting compliance requirements. The Vanta support team has quickly helped correct these issues for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta streamlines compliance for small businesses like ours. Yearly compliance audits are a breeze thanks to Vanta's seamless producting and tooling. We can now focus on growing our business instead of taking to meet compliance requirements.

We can quickly and easily integrate most of our platforms (Cloud, HR, Engineering, QA) and our local infrastucture (PC, Mac, Servers) for near real-time monitoring and reporting.

To date there are no real issues, concerns or shortcomings to the solution.

Providing an automated, robust, current, and properly categorized view of how the organization manages all aspects of compliance frees up valuable resources to act on and achieve compliance.

I had some initial issues with our Google integration. It was resolved over a call with the CS team.
