What do you like best about the product?
Risk scenario templates are very useful.

While using this service, the only issue I have is device refresh times.

Vanta is a great resource for security management.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta does not make any changes to already existing programs in the computer. I noticed no difference in the way my computer ran after Vanta.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit tricky for me to download on my microsoft edge platform. Had to get additional support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us keep our data secure and private. This has given me peace of mind when sharing resources.
Makes a daunting administrative task as simple as possible
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, UI and platform. Most of the platform is really straightforward, especially the employee onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a little unclear, and there could be more handholding in the GDPR process to save from having to go back and forth with questions. It would be helpful to understand what's needed vs. just nice to have.

Vanta helps you get a complete view of all ISO 27001:2022 related controls, tasks, documents and needed controls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The support division could be faster in answering complex integration questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is our Privacy Information Management System and they help us reach all the requirement needed to achieve an ISO 27001:2022 Certification.

Vanta made it clear what we needed to do and when. As a busy, small team, it's so important to know exactly what needs done! Vanta's team is also incredibly helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much! A better way to see a comprehensive view of our resources in AWS (across multiple accounts) would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solves the problem of preparing for our SOC 2 audit and creating the necessary documentation. Vanta makes this process as simple as it likely can be and helps your team keep track of when items are due. It also integrated with all of our other vendors.

Vanta's easy-to-navigate layout, refined resource monitoring abilities, and policy management make it a stand-out solution for organizations looking to ensure all bases are covered on the road to compliance.
We've found Vanta very helpful as we prepare documentation for ISO 270001 certification, making good use of the provided templates to draft up policies we did not already have.
Integrating with our HR management system, we're able to maintain full visibility of staff on-boarding/off-boarding and compliance.
We're also benefitting from the integration with our device management platform, allowing us to monitor the compliance status of user endpoints as the list of assets changes.
Vanta has consolidated seamlessly with Jira, allowing us to delegate actions and findings to project leads with low friction.
Overall we're confident Vanta is helping us successfully streamline our journey toward ISO 27001 certification while providing several additional benefits.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup phase was a little buggy and took a few attempts to work as we lost connection to our cloud provider once or twice. This issue has not happened again since, however.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our commitment to achieving ISO 27001 certification within the next fiscal year means we need all the assistance we can get to prepare for audit. Vanta helps identify areas for required improvement, where to focus our compliance strategy and allows us a single-pane view of our progress.
We're also utilizing Vanta to bridge communication gaps between teams where a security vulnerability has been left unattended in the past.

Pretty high efficiency of response, end to end solution advisory in building security service.
What do you like best about the product?
The high securities protection solution deployed in the back counter, almost no disruption was observed from user perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many policies to be accepted , they had better optimized into one or two.

I honestly don't think we would've passed our audit without Vanta.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta gives you a live picture of your organization's compliance status. Throughout the entire compliance process, we knew where we were. Without Vanta to provide clear direction, it would have been nearly impossible for me to keep up with SOC tasks. I also loved my Vanta rep's bi-weekly check-ins. It gave me confidence that we were going in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I found a few bugs within Vanta. Vanta turned this into a positive by showing off its fantastic support. I sent off a detailed bug report, and the minor bug would be fixed within days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helped my org become SOC 2 compliant and continues to do so for future audits. Right now, we are in our audit window for type 2. As we speak, Vanta is scanning our org for compliance issues. Instead of me having to check our AWS accounts manually, Vanta does it for me. When someone does something they shouldn't, Vanta lets me know immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
A large number of integrations and automation made our compliance certifications very user-friendly to implement. The rollout of the new UX is excellent compared to the old one.
Vanta integrates with most of our tools; we found the frequency of reminders is low enough not to generate unnecessary noise.
The dashboard is clear; the policy templates are convenient for gaining time on the process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboard alerts are a bit too overwhelming to differentiate between failed alerts, documents requiring updates etc. Also, during the control period, we had to upload policies on the auditor's website, which made a bit too much duplication between policies in Vanta & those registered to the auditor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta allowed us to get our SOC-2 / GPDR certification with plenty of automated controls. We did not need to spend too much time writing our policies and made configuration on tools a breeze.
