What do you like best about the product?
Translalting the framework controls into actionable items, monitoring the compliance and allowing to quickly remediate any defficiencies. Controls will detect if something that was fully compliant in the past needs to addressed again, due to changes in workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and audit logs are rudimentary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendor discovery and a central repository for tracking third party security and compliance simplyfied the process and reduced significantly the manual work. AI assisted documents review is an additional benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta provides the full solution in the journey to compliance. Be it organisation of tasks or referring to auditors.
The best part is that most of the tasks are automated and one just have to integrate Vanta with it's systems. It monitors those systems and keeps alerting whenever it needs to be corrected.

Vanta agent for windows has some quirks which can be improved.

Vanta helped us in getting soc2 and gdpr compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has saved us a significant amount of time by automating our systems and operational compliance. The guides and checklists made it really easy to setup. On the few occassions that we have needed support, it has always been quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform cost is a bit expensive. But with that said, we receive significant value from the platform so ultimately it is worth it.

Initially, we implemented Vanta to assist with SOC2 compliance. Now we are using it as a way to automate a variety of our operational and security processes.

To set up Vanta in our company to integrate with all other software of the company is so easy and the implementing process of Vanta is so much easier than we think. They give the best and most secure automation to our system and make an extraordinary infrastructure with AI integration.

it's streamlining what would have been a daunting project for us. I see how benifical this tool is for a small team that doesn't have the time and resources to comply all required evidence, policies and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Vanta is that it makes mundane and long processes simple. Instead of sifting, locating and going through copious amounts of data, it automates a lot of this process. Making your life a whole lot easier, which is why its such a trusted platform among its competitors. Its completely changed the game for compliance

GRC cannot be made fun no matter how many animated llamas you have

Vanta has allowed me a single place to keep up to speed with proper expertise on cybersecurity and upgrade all our processes within a timescale that allows proper growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real disadvantage of Vanta is it unfortunately has to deal with a lot of the GRC stuff which cannot be made to be fun. It is dry.

Vanta helps solve training and all levels of security compliance and repetitive audit tasks in which processes could be easily forgotten without Vanta's help.

I find that navigating the menus in Vanta can sometimes be confusing. The way they are structured makes it difficult to find certain options easily. While it's not a deal-breaker, it adds a bit of friction to the overall user experience.
