Exceptional Support with Consistently Responsive Service
What do you like best about the product?

I don't think there's anything I dislike about Vanta's service.

They have helped us gain our SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA certifications.
Great Framework Variety, Needs More Integration Options

Various frameworks and collection of controls in one place is what i like the most

Could integrate more frameworks and add in the option to automate the integrations using a vanta agent

Vanta is helping me with security compliance and maintaining the security posture without having to think about it every day
Reliable Compliance Automation Platform with Strong Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta provides excellent automation and visibility into our compliance program. I like how easily it integrates with our existing tools, like AWS, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Jira, to continuously monitor controls and evidence. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it simple to track audit readiness and identify any gaps proactively. It saves a huge amount of manual effort during SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, and the reminders for control ownership and evidence collection are especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the integrations can take a bit of troubleshooting, especially for custom or nonstandard setups. Some notifications and evidence reminders could be more flexible in scheduling, and the initial onboarding requires guidance to configure everything optimally. However, the support team is responsive and helps resolve issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us automate compliance management, streamline evidence collection, and maintain continuous audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. It has significantly reduced manual tracking, improved collaboration between security and engineering teams, and enhanced visibility for leadership on our compliance status. Overall, it has made the audit process faster, more transparent, and far less time-consuming.
Impressive AI Features and SOC Integrations Make Compliance Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy their new AI features, their company policy keeping section, the API integrations for SOC compliance, and the risk register area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is a bit difficult to use due to all the advanced technical features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to keep a GRC platform all in one place and the API integrations remove the need for more manual evidence gathering techniques.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing and integrating all aspects of our SaaS application makes security and compliance so much easier. I don't know how we would handle SOC2 without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, specific controls and tasks can be missed because they're not included in the primary dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solves the problem of not having SOC 2 controls centralized, as well as vulnerabilities and other security controls.
User-Friendly and Helpful, But Needs Better Task Organization
What do you like best about the product?
This tool was incredibly helpful and very easy to use, making for an overall excellent experience. Implementation was straightforward, and I didn't encounter many questions or issues along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many tabs and micro tasks, which can make navigation a bit overwhelming at first. It would also be helpful if the tasks were already organized by teams or at least suggested to be assigned to certain team members.

Vanta Streamlines Security Management with Powerful Integrations and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta simplifies so many processes and the management of security frameworks. Its very easy to navigate and see your tasks, tests, and controls. Some of my favourite features are:
- Numerous Integrations that automate a lot of Tests. This saves so much time.
- Risk Register, keeping the Risk within our ISMS is great and the ability to create Tasks and Remediation plans directly within Vanta is very helpful.
- Vendor Management, this is really useful, especially for uploading security reviews.
- Support is always prompt and helpful. Even the AI Support is quite good compared to other companies.
- The new Policy builder is FANTASTIC! This feature alone has saved us dozens of hours.
- It was very easy to get started and implement. We were very stagnant in our SOC2/ISO27001 progress with our last ISMS supplier, but once we switched to Vanta, we were able to build so much momentum and get certified.
- I use Vanta every day, and I love it.
- Numerous Integrations that automate a lot of Tests. This saves so much time.

Helpful Task Guidance, But Hidden Extra Costs

The suggestions on how to complete tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Full financial commitment is not disclosed. It's not clear that after you complete all documentation you then have to pay for another external service. We were no where near budgeted for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had bad info from film sector advising us we had to be SOC2 compliant. only to find out it was not relevant. It's helped us tighten our security administration, but upset we were upsold so many things.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Vanta is how much it simplifies compliance automation. It continuously monitors our systems and provides real-time visibility into our security posture, making SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance much easier to maintain throughout the year instead of just during audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
In cases where the same control applies across multiple environments or entities with different scopes or documentation, it would be helpful to have an option to segregate or manage evidence separately. This would allow for clearer differentiation of applicability and compliance context within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps streamline and automate our compliance processes across frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, and ISO 27001. By continuously monitoring our systems and collecting evidence automatically, it eliminates much of the manual effort that typically goes into preparing for audits. This makes it significantly easier to stay audit-ready throughout the year, reduces last-minute scramble for documentation, and ensures consistent visibility into our overall compliance posture.
