What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to say the best part about Vanta is the people! Their focus on customer service and happiness is unlike any other.
Additionally, the platform provides an easy way to understand where gaps are in your security, as well as prepare you for SOC2 compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't something that Vanta can control, but the ever changing landscape of security and privacy can be tough to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly onboard new resources and keep our assets (equipment) and resources compliant.

SOC 2 / Compliance made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Made the SOC 2 process manageable - gave us a clear checklist of what to do, and had ongoing monitoring to make sure we stay compliant. Was equivalent to having an expert guiding us through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/a- the platform was lights above anything else we found. Main areas for improvements going forward are adding integrations as they continue to build on the platform, and supporting other security types (e.g. ISO 27001)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 and general security compliance. Got certified far faster than we thought possible with no issues.
