What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta keeps all the security checks in one place. It shows me quickly if something is safe or needs fixing. The alerts come at the right time, so I don’t miss small issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard feels too packed with details and it takes a while to find what I really need. A simpler view would help me focus faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping me spot risks before they grow into bigger problems. It takes away a lot of guesswork and makes reporting simple. This saves time and helps me keep the company’s data more safe and sound.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has made the process of preparing and running our ISO audit significantly easier. The platform is very intuitive, which helped us get up to speed quickly without requiring a long learning curve. We particularly value the automation features—it continuously monitors controls, collects evidence, and reduces a lot of the manual effort we previously had to deal with. The vendor management module is also a big plus for us, as it centralizes our vendor risk assessments and makes it much easier to track compliance across our supply chain.

While Vanta covers most of the core compliance needs, we sometimes find that certain features feel designed more with SOC 2 in mind, with ISO coming second. This means that some of the templates or workflows require customization on our side to fully align with ISO requirements. Additionally, the reporting capabilities could be more flexible—export options and customization are somewhat limited.
The platform offers a wide range of features, which is great, but it can feel overwhelming at first if you’re not sure which modules apply to your specific compliance journey. Finally, the pricing can feel steep for smaller SaaS companies, especially if you’re only using Vanta for one framework and vendor management.

Although the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed guidance, resolving certain issues required several back-and-forth emails. This was the case, for example, when I contacted them about a remediation policy that was not updating as expected.

Vanta keeps all our compliance work in one place. It shows me clear steps so I don’t get lost in rules and paperwork. It even sends reminders so nothing is missed.

It gives too many alerts at once, and I have to spend time sorting them out. A “grouped alert” option would make it less overwhelming.

The information and cybersecurity training material is not of the highest quality it should be far more advance and updated for a platform that can gather and continuously builds on that.
The scheduler regarding personnel acceptance policies does not work as expected. When scheduled for all personnel it does automatically exclude those that accept the policies but keep sending reminders.
