What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Cyble's real-time threat intelligence and highly responsive capabilities. This functionality empowers me to respond faster to threats, significantly enhancing our efficiency in managing potential risks. Additionally, it provides increased visibility, which is crucial for maintaining a strong awareness of our brand’s online presence. The smooth setup process also stood out, making the initial integration of Cyble into our operations efficient and hassle-free. I am so impressed with how Cyble performs that I would confidently recommend it to others, giving it a full score of 10, indicating my high level of satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the alerts management console in Cyble as it helps us gather detailed information about breaches, data exposures, and other critical incidents related to our clients. The ability to investigate these issues in depth, including receiving relevant screenshots, allows us to support our findings more effectively. I appreciate the dashboards, which provide a concise overview of all incidents we handle, categorized by type and severity. This feature is essential for presenting strategic data to clients. The newsflash section is incredibly useful for keeping us updated on threat actor activities and recent breaches, which is crucial for timely client communication and reporting. The vulnerability intelligence feature is another aspect I value; it keeps us informed about any zero-day or critical vulnerabilities, enabling us to report these potential risks promptly to our clients. Additionally, Cyble's flexibility during client onboarding, especially when conducting one-time assessments, is a significant advantage over other platforms we have used. Finally, I found the setup process to be very easy, seamless, and efficient, and given all these benefits, I would highly recommend Cyble to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the partial matches in dark web exposure alerts to be problematic. They increase the false positives, which makes it more time-consuming for analysts to sift through alerts for valid information. There's no current feature to segregate these partial match alerts. Even when utilizing customized query options, partial matches still arise, causing inefficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cyble for threat intelligence, monitoring brand defacement, and providing actionable intelligence. It helps with breach analysis, vulnerability updates, and strategic client reporting, streamlining operations and client assessments that other platforms didn't offer.

I appreciate Cyble’s broad visibility and effective after-sales support. It is responsive whenever we need consultations, making it a reliable tool for Threat Intelligence and Brand Protection. The option of having unlimited takedowns for brand protection is particularly beneficial, especially with the increasing number of phishing websites imitating web services. I appreciate Cyble's exceptional after-sales support and find their pricing very competitive. As a Threat Intelligence solution, Cyble provides exceptional visibility, which is crucial for maintaining security. The takedown services they offer are incredibly valuable, especially with the rise in phishing activities. These services allow us to remove malicious websites that imitate our customers, thus preventing compromise of their clients or users. Additionally, the initial setup of Cyble is very straightforward, especially once all the necessary details are provided by our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve more on having more customizable reports and dashboards. Being able to create my own dashboard and report outside of the built-in dashboard and reporting options is important. Also, having the ability to customize my own widgets with data that is relevant to the stakeholders would be beneficial.

I use Cyble for threat intelligence and brand protection, uncovering potential threats and phishing sites, thus safeguarding our customers' infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Cyble, and what is most helpful, are its robust API capabilities and seamless integrations. The APIs are well documented, stable, and allow for automated ingestion of threat intelligence int oSOAR and SIEM workflows, which saves significant manual effort. Integration flexibility enables us to correlate external brand threats, phishing domains, and impersonation alerts directly with our internal incident response processes. These features make the platform highly operationally efficient, allowing realtime response and automated enrichment across multiple security tools. Overall, the API first approah is the biggest upside, making Cyble easy to integrate, automate, and sclae within our security operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find most frustrating about Cyble is the limited ability to customize alert thresholds, as well as the fact that takedown workflows can be slow or sometimes require manual intervention. The reporting features also lack detailed filtering options, and coverage for niche platforms is often incomplete. Additionally, historical data retention is restricted, and the API rate limits can occasionally introduce latency when integrating threat intelligence into SOAR or SIEM workflows.

Cyble addresses the challenge of external brand exposure, such as phishing domains, impersonation, and the unauthorized use of our assets across web, social media, and dark web platforms. Its automated detection and enriched context delivered via APIs enable us to swiftly identify and respond to threats, which helps reduce risk and enhances the efficiency of our security operations. As a result, our business benefits from stronger brand reputation protection, reduced potential for fraud, and quicker incident response.

Cyble may feel overwhelming to new users because the dashboard and user interface lack sufficient context. Additionally, the documentation can be difficult to locate and sometimes confusing. Having a tutorial, video, or introductory courses would be helpful for those just getting started.

What do you like best about the product?
The threat intelligence, because it collects data from wide range of sources and the retrieved data are reliable, automation capabilities on threat analysis to reduce manual workload, Brand and Digital Risk Protection where the web monitoring can spot leaked credentials etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
False positive alerts which leads the analysis fatigue, UI dashboard limitations but the UI is good if we are defining simpleness but lacks advanced filtering and customizations.

The provided data to our clients since it the platform provides reliable data which we can use in order to comply with the clients need in terms of cyber security, threat intelligence and brand protection.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Cyble for its user-friendly modules and intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and configure various features. I find the keyword management particularly beneficial as it allows me to add all client-related assets and monitor them for any malicious activities, enabling swift alert management and takedown actions. The product vulnerability module is another highlight for me, as it helps in identifying zero-day vulnerabilities, allowing me to inform clients promptly and recommend actions based on Cyble's insights. The layout of Cyble's dashboard, with all modules conveniently accessible on the left tab, enhances my experience by making the services straightforward to use and manage. I am so satisfied with the functionality and ease of use that I would rate Cyble a solid 5 out of 5 for the initial setup and am highly willing to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that for product vulnerability, some products, especially local brands, are not available on Cyble. This requires me to open a technical ticket on the portal. It would be beneficial to have faster collaboration on external products to check the latest vulnerabilities more efficiently.

I use Cyble for threat detection, managing alerts, and addressing product vulnerabilities, which helps with executive protection and improves our responsiveness to client-relevant threats.

What do you like best about the product?
The software stands out for its well-organized modules, which make navigation straightforward. I also appreciate the user interface and overall user experience, as both are intuitive and pleasant. Additionally, the customer support has been reliable and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

API Capabilities needs improvement to meet our integrations need

Dark web monitoring allows us to detect if our domain is being mentioned or offered for sale on the dark web. This proactive approach helps us identify potential attacks early and determine if anyone is using our brand for malicious purposes.

Cyble ability is to deliver accurate data, real-time threat intelligent across surface such as web, dark web, deep web. What i really appreciate with Cyble is the platform is very user interface and specially identifying threats and provides clear, actionable intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just noticed with Cyble is that the volume of alerts can is overwhelming especially without fine tunning. While some workflows require multiple steps, which could make the platform ever more efficient

The Cyble help us easily find security threats. for example, leaked data, suspicious activties and exposed assets. Identifying vulnerabilities on our external attack. Monitoring of brand misuse of impersonation.
