Best Privileged Access Management tool ever.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about it is security it provides, we are having different server and we can't give access to everyone so ARCON give us feasibility to differentiate our user groups. Second thing is the recording feature which can help us in diagnose any vicious activity if occur. Like when we allow any user to access, we don't have to seat their and watch his activity, we can see the recording in order to observe the activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
After few times we have to clear temp files in order to take server access which is tedious job sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having different set of servers like Development, SIT, UAT, Staging, production and we can't give everyone access every server. So ARCON helps us to differentiate server access of user. We have AIX server it's complicated to upload file on it by commond line. ARCON give the easy UI to upload and download file from server.

Nice application for privileged access on servers
Double authentication, first with password and then OTP validation.
Configuration of server access to limited people, like production servers to deployment team and support team.
Development servers to developers.
Logging of each activity like even it logs what query executed on DB instance.

What do you dislike about the product?
We receive OTP to mobile even if we enter wrong password.
Some how the validate OTP, Resend OTP button makes confusion.
Otp authentication doesn't works when session expires.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could access to only limited production support people over servers.
Each and every activity gets logged through arcon.

What do you like best about the product?
we can configure all server in single tool at once place,no body can make any illegal activities because every activity of user is monitored and get recorded and easy to access for the users.it can be integrate with other system for authentication. different type of authentications are provided like token authentication. filters are provided for accessing different operating system(ex:linux,windows) servers
What do you dislike about the product?
otp get generated even credential are given wrong and after session expiry task still allocates memory in local system,task will not get killed

we are able access all environments like development server,User acceptance server and production server with in single sign on

My personal experience on ARCON PAM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working on ARCON PAM tool from last 2 years. This is the best tool to configure all remote servers in single application.
Once we configure our remote server, then we can access the server Everytime with out entering password. With this tool, security is more to our servers. It also captures the server activity.
For every new login, we have to verify with OTP to login into system.

What do you dislike about the product?
If this tool is down, then we cannot access our servers with non admin users. Sessions are limited in this tool. it will create problem when password get expired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing our production servers activity using this tool. For database query updates , we are updating using this tool for audit purpose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is best tool for servers audit purpose. For misdeployments/misplace files , we can easily monitor.
Arcos: connectivity app for software usage which is installed in internal server
What do you like best about the product?
Best connectivity as it works on (Lan) network, also many connections can be established at a time using same connection. Secured connectivity as on session timeout, logon screen is displayed and account gets locked on 3 consecutive wrong password typed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insecure connectivity as same username and password can be used to connect in different computers at a same time. Also has issues in reconnecting same network if in case disconnected. Requires internet connectivity for certain feature to work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing SQL db for report generating and also updation of data in SQL. Testing of data reflection in frontend when compared with backend(SQl)
