Turn back time
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the app is accessible on its own dashboard, separate from Shopify. Second, I like how you can select at a granular level what you need to restore. This was one of the apps that I needed to install before anything else. You can never tell when an additional app or update can cause havoc to your website so get this as your insurance, and be able to turn back time when you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything yet. Even their support responds quickly to me so I was very happy in choosing this as our backup solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App conflicts, app updates that cause problems, problematic theme updates. It's worth it to have a backup to turn back time to a previous state. This is insurance for your e-commerce business.

To give it a try and use it to your case/scenario

What do you like best about the product?
Back-ups work best if they are done automatically without a need to remember manually do any backups. Rewind does exactly that and gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Rewind does everything we need it to do.

It is great to know that I have a backup of products, pages, themes, etc.
Sometimes you make a change and then you realize you made a mistake or that circumstances change and you have to go back.
Rewinds take care of this.
I have used it very few times in the couple of years that I have used it but every time I use it I realize its value.
It gives me peace of mind for a few dollars a month.

Ability to go back to previous versions of products, categories, brands, pages, blogs, customers, orders and many more

Lack of backup from applications like BigCommerce.

What do you like best about the product?
Is that it's all automatic. I don't have to remember to back up as it does it automatically periodically. I accidentally messed up a piece of code of my store but thankfully I could restore my store from a back up in this app. Saviour!

I think it could be a little more user friendly

That I always have a back up in case I screw something up when designing my store.

It's as simple as can be, nothing to dislike. It does what it says it will do!

It would be great if we could add features to backup application data from third parties like META DATA apps (I know this is likely not possible right now, but as a back burner item!)
The simplicity and the price is the key factor
What do you like best about the product?
Love how the app is built and easy restore options which are available, we have had some problems with our themes, it was easy to restore the entire version rather than selecting each on the liquid file. The price is very good for the amount of features and functionality. We have multiple e-commerce stores and we use this across all our businesses. If you are a shopify user and looking for a perfect backup software, then this is the right app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now to be honest, we have been using this for past 2 years now. All is well as of now. There is nothing to be changed, love the product as it is, No changes needed, keep up the good work

The major problem we are solving with rewind backups is the backup and restoration. We used to have a separate developer to do this but thanks to rewind backups app - it is fully automated now.
