A critical tool to handle a complex data landscape
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is clear and the documentation is good. They make getting up and rolling very fast and effective. As I build they can scale up to whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ingestion times can be a bit slow sometimes. However, the reason for the slow down is understood. They aren't just pushing data through a pipeline. They are creating a fully re-playable pipeline so an adjustment in the future can be retroactively applied to the past. It is a robust system built on real world use and real world development problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am pulling in data from a very difficult, unstructured data source and pushing to Tableau for BI analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hevo is amazing. However, be prepared to supplement it with other tools. We are processing JSON files that did not support pagination and thus, created a Python based pipeline on our own server infrastructure as a starting point. From there, Hevo's ingestion pipeline and transforms have been crucial to our success.
Seamless workflow creation for your data needs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and use.
Fast to set up and modify.
Quick support response.
If you're looking to migrate data or create ETLs between your data repositories, this is one of the best options I've tried.
The trial period helps a lot, too.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some caveats to the functioning of the workflows that you find along the way and might not be editable.
The source/destination list is sufficient but there are a few of the big ones missing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me create simple workflows that keep data up to date in multiple repositories.
It also made the process of ETLs simple to set up and test, saving time and money in many of our processes.

Hevo is an out of the box, game changer with amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Hevo for quick API connections and easy to set up ETL process for our large datasets. I like the UI Hevo has in compersion to its competitors. It is a very good out-of-the-box solution for those that aren't DBA experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hevo has some API connectors not available where others may have them. Sometimes chat support response is slow.
They'd be a 100% recommendation from me instead of a 95% if the API connection option were more diverse and chat/support was more available or at least posted availability hours.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo for being a quick API connectior & easy to set up ETL process makes a world of diference in aliviating our It and dev teams to set them up for us. Replicating data into our Redshift instance over from MySQL was a great learning expereince about timestamps and how that remains an issue in the BI world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not an all solution. Hevo is willing to communicate solutions and work on solutions for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. No support for common operations such as deletion of data in some ingestion mode. Hevo should find some solution for this.
2. No support for table relationships which is needed most of the times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving some of the customer's usecases where we create pipelines and fetch the records from the customer's cloud environment to our environment.
Scalability is the most important benefit we found with Hevo.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The ingestion deference feature doesn't work for every use case
- The need to create a separate data source for each SQL Server schema

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hevo for data replication and transformation from our SQL Server database to a PostgreSQL Data Warehouse. We use it mainly for its almost real-time replication capabilities and ease of use.
No-code, easy, fully-managed data pipeline solution which is so ahead of its competition
What do you like best about the product?
1. It comes with tons of pre-built integrations, which are easy to work with.
2. It also comes with webhook and REST api integrations which covers the rest of the spectrum.
3. Option for transformation is cherry on the top. It helps a lot when building a data pipeline from a NoSQL database to SQL database.

What do you dislike about the product?
It might be understandable, but Hevo does not store webhook events which missed to ingest due to some mistake done by the user while creating the pipeline.
Although log based events from api integrations are saved if they are missed, which you can correct your pipeline and ingest again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Building data piplines with very little code for transformations.
2. We try to move our pipelines from self hosted environments to Hevo for better reliability.
Hevo is reliable, easy to use, transparent for everyone who wants to check the pipeline if working properly and yeah, reasonably priced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo Data helps me to sync data from Salesforce to Potgresql. I have not found any other way that is easier.
Using Hevo to ingest data has been great so far, minimal outage and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been very helpful in debugging the errors
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI has the potential to improve by showing more detailed logs on the frontend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimal maintenance of the Extract and Load Process, focussing on the ingested data and getting insights out of it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, will save lot of time.
Really good product and excellent service for the customers
What do you like best about the product?
The no code platform is really good. Anyone without knowledge on data pipelines or ETLs can make a pipeline without any help
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages do not mean anything, they are too generic so you cant really debug the process to fix why some records are not loading. Especially in Activations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated ETLs, scheduling of several processes to move productive data to datawarehouses and recently, moving data from datawarehouse to our CRM. Its easy and quick to develop so im being more efficient
Great product, easy to use easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing model, you have access to all connectors and you're billed by data consumption, the ease of use, the fantastic support
What do you dislike about the product?
no support for expiring tokens (I know it is in dev stage but this should've been a priority feature)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data warehousing, ETL, systems connectivity
Recommendations to others considering the product:
go for it easy, well priced and a fantastic support
