Best and Fastest Support
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to configure your pipeline on Hevo without any code and Hevo support. They are swift and always give the best support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hevo still lacks features like transformation and calculation on the fly.
Logging can be improved. Right now, they show minimal information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Salesforce integration which we were running on python code before, but since Salesforce has released a new API called Lemonade, we started using Hevo instead of a lot of python code. This makes our deployment and testing a lot faster.
It is a great tool. What I love most about it is that they have the best customer support out there.
What do you like best about the product?
They have the best customer support. Design of the application is minimalistic and seamless. Makes it really easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I would like if they showed more visible information on billed events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating seamless pipeline between two places and it is very user friendly and working it with it feels like a piece of cake.
Good tool to do data migration without hassle and expensive data engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to modify data on the fly, when moving from one system to another using easy-to-use python functions. It is much easier than in Airbyte.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integration are not yet mature, so support is needed to help to fix issue.

HEVO Data Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
HEVO is an easy setup pipelining tool to connect to data warehouses together. The dashboards and alerts are a great way to help monitor the health of a pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the largest complaints I have about Hevo is sequential syncing does not seem to be an option for the dataset we are currently syncing. It would be great to have a sequential sync function based on fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo was the replacement for our previous pipeline to connect postgres to snowflake. We have multiple pipes running at once and hevo makes it easy to manage and watch them.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hevo Data to move data from different sources such as Jira, Freshdesk, Google Analytics and CloudSQL Postgres to BigQuery. Its incredibly easy to set up and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found any major issues yet. In our postgres integration it's a bit annoying to not be able to sort the tables in alphabetical order and they ony show up in the order that they are being synced. But it no major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using BigQuery to run business and finance analytics. So we need all our data in one place. Hevo Data has solved that problem for us and quite a lot cheaper than our previous solution Fivetran.

How easy is to connect multiple softwares. Also they have plenty of softwares to connect

Maybe the price is not a fit for us, but its cheap for big projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like the modern UI; generally speaking, their UX and customer success team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SQL to MongoDB integration required a little bit of setup, and sometimes the schema mapper detects field types incorrectly. I think they need to do a little more work on that, (e.g. detecting floats as ints).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating data from MongoDB to PostgresQL so that I can run my business intelligence tool on the PostgreSQL version of the data.
An easy to use, well priced, well supported, and well documented tool for ETL, ELT and Reverse ETL .

The guided setups, and the (beta) no code visual transformations interface.

Not being able to group pipelines into folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving having to manage custom-built pipelines by having prebuilt connectors managed to account for any version changes.
