Ingesting with Hevo is VERY easy and simple
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is and the documentation for the steps that need to be taken when setting up connections
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more 3rd party or orchestration capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to ingest data from my production servers to my data warehouse with only a few clicks.
Hevo is so simple and easy to hook up
What do you like best about the product?
Hevo is so simple and easy to hook up with a source data platform and a destination data platform. It really helped us out of a jam in figuring out our data warehouse strategy and implementation. We were recommended to Hevo by Snowflake and it was painless and effortless to get things moving.
I also like that it supports a wide variety of options for handling incremental data, such as change tracking (CT) in SQL Server - I've not found many other products that do. Many support change data capture (CDC) which Hevo does too, but CT is more lightweight and is a good SQL Server option. Hevo supports it but few others do.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, the biggest thing I dislike is, sadly, Hevo has a limit. It won't stop you mass-creating pipelines but there are only so many it can handle before it can't keep up with schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo has a simple user interface, but the support is awesome and the pricing is very competitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Hevo is user- friendly tool with excellent performance. It supports too many integrations with the help of plugins. The look and feel is perfect. The chat support comes with an added advantage for minor issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
As most of the things are handled by the tool(ex:table creation, schema mapping etc), sometimes due to techincal challenges access to control few things would be required as the requirement varies with different use cases. The chat support can be improved as there is a delay in responding. But, for the major issues it helps in creating a support ticket to assign an engineer to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coding is reduced to a great extent. Most of the manual tasks which are repeated are taken care by the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
East to use for ETL pipelines and requests can be catered within the timelines by the Hevo team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The server went down on a few occasions in recent times, which hampers the data due to the dependency on the pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us with all sorts of pipeline problems, model failure issues and server problems. Hevo usually communicates with precise timelines, which is a part of a great service company.
Easy to use and it connects to all major Data sources which was commonly used in any organization

You still need to create Data pipeline which again we will have to depend on ETL or any other sources

We can visualize or see one view of data/customer journey in a place.

New features are being added all the time, very helpful support team and the price is very competitive when compared with similar products.

I'd like to have more information and alerting when issues occur.

User friendly, lots of helpful info on the website, and attentive customer support team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transforming and ingesting data simultaneously and efficiently.
Getting onboarded was quick and the customer support is the best in the business.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that whenever I need help, I contact my onboarding representative and the issue gets resolved quickly. I also like the ease of use for this product. I am new to the field of data analysis and Hevo made the process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the 25,000 table limit, but I do understand it. Also the source type limit of 4090. It isn't a big deal most of the time, but trying to connect MongoDB to Hevo gets stuck sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have our data in one place and Hevo solves that problem seamlessly. We are able to connect multiple data sources and send them to one warehouse where we can analyze.

- Support coverage is not 24/7
- Lack of full IaC support
- No version control on the transform function code
- Unstable pipeline that has variable latency and occasionally fails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo data helped us solve the ETL problem for streaming changes in real time to our data warehouse. The python-enabled transform function that Hevo provides allows us to manipulate our data in-flight.
