Head of Technology
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it simple to stand up your first env. But from there, each extra env is dead simple and high confidence to make it match
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to sign a contract with legal team on our end. Not a problem with the product/service, but slowed our tech team down at using it as we needed approval from the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running our dev and prod environments in a scalable, high confidence (that they're the same) env.
Qovery is a cool product!
What do you like best about the product?
Qovery helps us reduce the time spent on setup and maintenance of our infrastructure. It's really easy to use and their dashboard is really well done. The team is so cool as well, very reactive & helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Terraform Provider is not 100% matching what is possible to do in their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce our infrastructure workload: we're a little company so it helps us having a well-done infrastructure without having the need to either reduce our engineer velocity nor hire a SRE.
it just works
What do you like best about the product?
That I don't really have to think about deployment. I just deploy, I don't have to go to my AWS accounts. My setup is very simple so I am expecting those type of solution to be fast/easy to implement and it was. I also used quick intensively the EC2 offering, reliable as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I would question dashboard DX choices sometimes, but for the time I spend on the platform (<5mn every other month because I don't need to), I think it's ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be up and running quickly on AWS - with custom domains, multiple subdomains.
The one thing I wanted to solve was finding a product that could make me focus on my product and not the infrastructure around it - that I have not knowledge about

Qovery is excellent, and brought us from 0 to 100 on our cloud infrastructure in a matter a hours.
What do you like best about the product?
Qovery is very simple yet very powerful. It Helped us bootstrap our entire infrastructure, spawning multiple environments, production and preview / QA environments without any effort or even heavy devops background. It empowers our team to adopt a full continuous deployment and speed up the value added by our platform to our customers.
They also iterate and improve their platform at a breakneck pace, which allows us to access new features on a daily/weekly basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to rely on qovery to update k8s cluster version and some minor ui bugs that are generally quickly fixed. Otherwise, nothing is significant at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to deploy faster, and on multiple environments without investing in complex devops or cloud infrastructure.
I highly recommand Qovery
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoyed the most is the quickness of the installation of my app, in multiple environments, and the help that the team gives you is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, maybe a lack of information about the cost of the Cloud service used (in our case AWS) , that could be helpful for beginning companies. Since we moved to Scaleway, our costs are way reduced, without any loss of availability and capability for what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qovery helps you to not care about how your deployments can be done, you just configure your Cloud provider, your environment and your credentials, and it does the job for you
Truly great product, I needed some time to get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
At first, using Qovery can be daunting, but after some documentation reading and tinkering, it is a real game changer!
Deploy your applications in minutes, clone your environments easily, one UI to manage all our resources WHILE keeping full control/access of the underlying AWS infrastructure.
Also, the team is just the best, even helping me during week-ends.

What do you dislike about the product?
The 9 retries of a deployment by default is just the worst, this should be on 1 at first and then be upgraded as needed. When the app crashes, I want the deployment to fail, unless I chose differently for this service in particular.
Many other things to improve but the core features make up for it!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The headaches of managing AWS infrastructure, I was using Elastik Beanstalk and decided to use Qovery to have my services, databases, cache in one place.
This is basically an abstraction layer over AWS

One of the best alternative to Heroku !
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping control of the underlying infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard question, the product is really great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me managing a k8s cluster
Super easy setup and deployment of kubernetes cluster
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly reliable and lets us set up and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS with ease. We tried several other options before, but by far Qovery is the most advanced and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside which is not really Qovery's fault but nonetheless:
You can only run Kubernetes clusters as of right now, which come at some extra cost on AWS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up auto deployment, scaling, integrate with GitHub and more is incredibly time consuming (and costly), Qovery takes care of that. You bring your GitHub repo and a Dockerfile and you're basically good to go!
Easy to set up and works wonders
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup, good documentation, responsive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a tiny bit more visibility into the underlying infra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying from git with preview environments
Perfect for early stage startups
What do you like best about the product?
Qovery allows us to benefit from AWS infrastructure with little configuration. Qovery takes care of the devops, which could be painful, especially for early-stage startups with no in-house expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the product overall, and the v3 is excellent!
There is no services parallelization deployment; when a service is deploying, it blocks the deployment of other services in the same app. You have to wait until it's done.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a cloud infrastructure that scales without advanced DevOps knowledge.
