Must Have App for Mac and iOS
What do you like best about the product?
How well 1Password integrates into all aspects of my computing life, from login passwords to credit card information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. And yes, this is too short of an answer because I can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My wife and I share a vault for our small business accounts. Logins, tax information, etc. and it's so easy for either of us to check on any of those accounts.
Integral part of our teams day!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and usability of the browser extension as well as the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm the one in charge of getting it set up on all our team's devices. I 100% understand why there are hoops to jump through to validate everything but I wish it were a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in real estate and we have a million different login's, multiply that by having 10 agents on the team and 4 full-time admin staff and we have a lot to remember. 1Password has made it possible for us to save login information securely as well as have more control over who has access to what. If anyone ever leaves our team, it's a quick process to remove their access to all our secure data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1Password is amazing. It was first recommended to me by an FBI agent working in cybersecurity years ago. It has remained one of, if not the top, product for protecting your information. After using it personally for years I have switched my entire team over to 1Password. Incredibly easy to train everyone on, make changes to, and the buy-in has been fantastic. I recommend 1Password to someone at least once a week. Couldn't be happier with their product.

N/A Nothing I don't like, except the requirement that this field have a minimum of 40 characters

Great Multi Platform Cloud Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easiness of use, it's very complete, multi platform and with multi device synchronization. I use Apple computers and Android devices and 1Password allows me to access my passwords and my clients' passwords from everywhere! It's a wonderful tool I use to recommend to my clients and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite high. It could be cheaper, so more people could afford it and 1Password team could get more loyal customers and recommendations, spiking their sales and revenue.
If there was a way to unlock the computer version with the fingerprint, even by using the mobile phone, that would be awesome! I use already an App in my Android device to unlock my iMac with the fingerprint from the mobile phone and it saves me a lot of time, because I lock the screen every time I stand up from the computer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to manage safely all the passwords from the accounts of my clients, my personal and business passwords. I create web pages and offer web hosting accounts, so this tool is a must to have in such a job. 1Password helps me in my job by storing the passwords encrypted in the cloud, so I can access them securely no matter where I am in the World.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great to manage passwords from multiple devices: Computer, mobile phones and tablets. You always have them at hand. It's very easy to use and if you have fingerprint sensor in your mobile phone, you can access your passwords in a breeze!

Essential tool for web users
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy one-keystroke filling of passwords. I also like the random password generation, and how easy it is to store new passwords. I also like the ability to store other data easily (software license codes, personal data, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a disliked aspect of the software. It works and works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using and storing complex passwords for enhanced security.

the keyboard shortcut that autopopulates all login details and signs in automatically

the iOS experience. a really pain in the ass still but at least I can now have different passwords all over the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
less frustration with resetting passwords which was happening so many times in a week before. Also having all important documentation, personal details locked up feels good.
I mean it's in the name. Also this is such a no-brainer!

my only issue is that you are required to restart your browser whenever 1Password updates, but I understand why this is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me security in making it easy for me to not use the same password everywhere and not having to remember multiple passwords all while generating new secure passwords for me when I need them.
It's just the right tool for the job.

It works 99% of the time, and when it doesn't, the devs are friendly and ready to help. These people rock.

The inherent variability of password entry

Everybody, everybody, everybody needs myriad passwords. Long gone are the days of "PASSWORD" for every password. This is a crucial security tool that I've used for years, and I've got my whole family doing it now.

It's just great. And the developers are terrific people who are responsive, responsible, and kind.

The integration between macOS and iOS, with the iCloud sync.1pass

That it's not possible to sync my macOS/iOS with my 1Password work PC, using iCloud.

The simplicity of having all passwords I use, accessible on all my devices.
