Amazing results!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me in touch with everyone in the organization to see what they are doing, not just my location
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no search engine in the gift card selection makes it rather difficult when you know what you want but need to scroll down to find it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees are more engaged with their coworkers and they excel in their work performance to get rewarded.

I love bucketlist because it allows us to give and receive awards for our efforts. It’s great to be able to reward others in a way that is quick and easy, yet meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love that there are so many reward options...I do wish that it was possible to give out more stars for a bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love to see my coworkers being recognized for their accomplishments! I like that when stars are awarded, you’re able to write a description of congratulations. I also appreciate all the different awards that can be given out. Birthdays, individual excellence, remarkable, etc. It makes me as a team member feel valued.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely bring bucketlist to your organization! It is a great motivator and makes the team feel valued.

I like that the development team at Bucketlist seems to be constantly coming up with improvements and acting on our comments and suggestions, quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing about the system that i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor employee morale, no recognition program in place, no platform for public recognition.
Great Motivator for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome to have a bank of points to gift to someone for going above and beyond at work. The options for redeeming the points are spot on. The redemption process was super simple and very efficient. I believe the turnaround time on my gift card order was .003 milliseconds. Great customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any issues with the platform (yet?). It's pretty straight forward. I'd love to see an 'enter your own amount' option. Sometimes the card amount isn't what I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People at work are much more receptive to collaboration/doing something for someone else that might not typically be their "job requirement."

Great product, but looking forward to updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the purpose and the vision behind Bucketlist the most! The entire idea of making gratitude and connectivity between teams EASY, quick and incentivized is awesome. And it makes it all that much more incredible that our account manager at Bucketlist is so kind, efficient and fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how little of the platform is customizable on my side as an end-user. I can't add or edit rewards in the marketplace or do a number of other, small, detailed initiatives from my end as an admin. But I hear that a lot of those changes are coming down the pipeline in the product roadmap so I'm looking forward to those!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a prior problem of siloed work teams-- Bucketlist recognitions help break down the walls between different departments, or even different teams in the same department, by connecting person to person with thankfulness for specific projects or initiatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, like we did, but Bucketlist will most likely meet your all of your goals if you goals align with ours: connect teams with incentivized gratitude and increase employee engagement across departments.

The available choices were fantastic. Ability to click through to know more about each option was appreciated

No real dislikes, but for the intended use in our company, there probably didn't need to be a whole secondary sign in as most of the related functionality would go unused

Seamless and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bucketlist is that its so focused on what it sets out to do. I've seen similar platforms that have so many unnecessary features thrown in that it complicates the product and actually makes nobody use it. Bucketlist focuses on what it does best and that makes it such a functional and easy to use product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my current role as strictly a user of the platform, not an admin, I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reward colleagues in a meaningful way that gives them exposure to the rest of the team when they go above and beyond.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something that works, rewards employees and integrates nicely with Slack, look no further!
Quick and Easy Way to Thank Your Colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I love Bucketlist! It is a fun and easy way to recognize and thank colleagues. The mobile app is super easy and allows me to do this important (but often overlooked) act of gratitude while waiting for meetings to start, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters when redeeming points. I wish I could designate how many miles I'd be willing to travel. I'm based in Seattle and get a lot of suggestion for Portland (which is too far).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does it give me a chance to easily thank people, but it also give others in my organization visibility into the types of work and collaboration that people do.

No hassle or anything. It is very easy to use i love how we can earn points to get rewards for gift cards.

Nothing everything is amazing . The amount of points we need to get things is reasonable.
