A nice fun perk to show appreciation
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to reward colleagues for a job well done and give them recognition. Also nice to get points, too! The redemption process is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could redeem gift cards for whatever amount you want, rather than certain demoninations. For instance, a $70 Amazon gift card rather than a $50 and two $10's. But that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows how different employees contribute to the company. Sometimes I'll see someone get points for contributing to a project, when I had no idea they were involved with it before.

I like the different gift card options that are available for redemption. I like that I am able to give and receive recognition to my fellow peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this program. This is a great way to give employee recognition throughout a company.

This website is a great way to show employee appreciation.
Great avenue to recognize employees
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to provide positive feedback to our employees. Recognition is a great tool for retention. I like that our employees can also use this system to recognize their teammates. Bonus is that everyone loves gift cards and you have a very large variety to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to report at this time. This system has been very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit is using this for recognition. A simple thank you and reward goes a long way!
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the service is easy to use and very straight forward. There's lots of great options for things you can redeem for! Also a great way to get everyone in the office interacting with one another. Steps are easy to follow as well during the redemption process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could give out more money or have the ability to retroactively give money to someone. Sometimes you're unable to recognize someone for something because you ran out of coins to give. There's nothing bad to say about the service it self !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees are recognizing others that they may not ever speak to one another. Its been helping the employee engagement go up! People are starting to feel recognized and appreciated which is the most important part of the service! Great way to give back to employees without just giving out money.

Bucket list is a quick and easy way to recognize colleagues, whether just a quick "thank you" to a detailed kudos for an intricate problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great service! There is nothing I would change.

It's a great way to share recognition with the whole team/company. Since everyone can see what others have recognized, it helps show that nothing is too small to recognize. By having the option to disperse the points based on what you want, it is easy to recognize multiple colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The current method for uploading new employees - it's cumbersome and dependent on BcuketList assocaites having the time to to complete the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Associates who worked in single-staffed environments or on overnight shifts were typically overlooked and lacked opportunities to interact with their supervisor (who was previously responsible for team recognition). This has given the power of recognition to everyone in the agency and leveled the playing field, so to speak.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before deciding on what Unique Experiences to include, survey your employees to see what they want. It's about they want, not what the management team thinks they want.

It is the best way to send recognition to your colleagues. Also everything is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we cannot send then privately anymore!

Simple and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward to give rewards and redeem the rewards. It does what it is supposed to do, no bells and whistles, works how I expect. Great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to login to a separate website. It would be much easier if I could just reward my team using Slack or something already logged in or an app...because logging into the Bucketlist website is sometimes too much work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewarding and motivating my team for "daily" things - benefits are surprising and delighting my team!

Bucklist is Fun and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Bucketlist because it gives me a chance to cheer my coworkers on in ways I personally couldn't do. Giving them points allows them to receive cool offers like gift cards and fun experiences such as sky diving and driving a race car!
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any dislikes. I am still pretty new to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist helps me be more aware of what my coworkers do. It's a great way to encourage others to keep doing their job well and a chance to converse with people you wouldn't usually approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to encourage co-worker relationships and positive feedback, I would give Bucketlist a chance. It's a great tool to use to give coworkers a way to express their gratitude towards others' jobs and it allows the company to see how well everyone works together.
