Simple and easy rewards
What do you like best about the product?
I like it how it was very simple and easy to redeem points for rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the downside is mainly from my company, it is hard to earn points and it's a very slow rate for me to earn points thus making it hard for me to save up points and redeem for better rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think bucketlist really helps me save money when purchasing gift cards. I use amazon often, so it's really helpful buying amazon gift cards from points i've earned.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can assign core values to your recognitions. I also think having special weekly and quarterly awards is smart for higher recognition. Mainly, I think the breadth of rewards is unbeatable! Better than the ones I saw at YouEarnedIt. Also, my team just generally has fun using bucketlist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is not a problem for me and I've already submitted my feedback on it, but I think there should be more clarity/explanation on how and how quickly we receive the redeemed rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple, verbal "thank you" can suffice for day-to-day tasks, but it's much more meaningful to write out recognition & assign value to it. I certainly don't help my coworkers just to receive points, but it's nice that the tasks I do that aren't in my "assigned work" are being recognized.

Bucketlist makes it user friendly and fun. This is a good way to communicate with your co-workers for a positive work environment.

There is nothing that I dislike about Bucketlist.

It provides a positive environment and a way to acknowledge others for their roles and contributions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they offer a variety of choices of gift cards. They literally have something for everyone! You can pick anything from amazon gift cards, cruises, dinners, and trips to your favorite stores. Once you select your gift card you have it emailed to you in minutes! It's super efficient. Then all you have to do is select the redeem button and the card is yours to use. Simple. I've never had an issue redeeming cards! Every store that I have used has honored the gift cards with ease. I love that this is being offered to employees. It's a very nice way to say thank you for the hard work. So to whomever came up with this idea... I THANK YOU!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing this site is awesome. I seriously have not complaints. I guess the only thing if I had to find something wrong would be to add the Cheesecake Factory to the list of choices. I mean who doesn't love cheesecake right? Other than that, I truly am pleased with this site!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems I have had are deciding which gift card to redeem. You guys have given me so many options to pick from. I often get stumped trying to figure out which store I want to pick. This is like putting a kid in a candy store! The benefits are that as employees are getting recognition for our hard work. I love seeing that I have additional points. That means I am doing something right! We are so busy that we don't always get to tell people how much we appreciate them. Bucketlist allows for that to happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful it's highly addictive!! Your employees with definitely thank you for it. I don't anyone who isn't thrilled with this product!!

Easy to use - both setting up and claiming a reward.
Shows your whole company in the Community section, which is another way to get to know your colleagues and see what their interests are.
Awesome list to pick from in the Experience Marketplace section to work towards earning, to see if others have the same interests and to enjoy once you are able to collect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Still not able to nominate colleagues for rewards and not sure how rewards get earned.
I don't see any other use than the rewards - Experience Marketplace - and Community - showing your colleagues - sections.
Friends, who also have Bucketlist, seem to have many more options to earn credits and interact with their colleagues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem-solving areas of Bucketlist...that I have seen. I received a reward and 'cashed' in by 'purchasing' an Amazon card, so that is cool!!
Benefits are that, once I figure out how to earn redeemable credits, I will be able to choose the reward that best suits me vs being handed an item that doesn't serve me well.

Give more explanation of use, for example How to Earn Credits and How to Interact With Your Colleagues (maybe competitions between departments and/or individuals), to your employees.

In some ways, being recognized may be uncomfortable for some who don't desire the attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I could use the points I had received very easily, and there were a lot of good options for redemption. The recognition system is also very easy to use, you simply tag the person you want to recognize and then comment why. I also like that we can see it in our slack channel and get a notification when we have been mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, so far I have't noticed anything negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have additional incentive to do a great job, plus it feels great giving someone else recognition for a job well done and helps boost morale.

Great program to motivate teammates to do their best
What do you like best about the product?
It is such a great idea to motivate teammates to do their best and recognize each other. It always feels nice when somebody recognizes your work. However, it feels even nicer when you receive extra value of a recognition by being able to collect and redeem your points. The redemption process is so easy and quick. Good job!

I can't think of anything I don't like about this programs. It's great idea and implementation. Keep it up!
